When Is The Contest?

This is a monthly contest AND you can take part in all four categories Look out for the dates below!

Rules

** Age – We believe age is just a number, so if you are interested, don’t think, click on participate!
** This Contest is open for men and women residing in India.

** We are open to singing, dancing, instrumental music, skits, magic tricks and anything else that can be uploaded in a video format!
** We recommend video length between 10 second to 60 seconds; and if you have to present an act, 90 secs is the perfect duration.

** DO NOTs – Please choose appropriate song lyrics and the right age for qualifying. Songs containing coarse or suggestive language may result in disqualification.

** DO NOTs- Sharp objects could hurt you or anyone trying to take your inspiration. Baton-twirlers or similar acts using batons, machetes, knives, etc hence will not be allowed.

** No smoke or smoke effects. Similarly, no pyrotechnics or fire allowed. Let us keep this website all audience friendly

** For your voters, videos must be uniform in size. To participate, a video in portrait format of ratio 9:16 and upto 10mb should be uploaded for the contest.

** Unless part of a costume, contestants wearing cut-off shorts and midriff tops cannot be allowed.
** India’s Next Star is a stage to showcase your talent! Therefore, a little fee is mandatory for participating in your chosen categories.

** Your friends and family can vote for you ONCE in a day getting you closer to winning, each vote counts!
** One person can vote for up to FIVE participants in a contest duration. (Everyone cannot win, right?)

** The winner will be decided based on the final vote counts i.e. total number of votes. P.S there is no limit to votes, so get them going!
** Win cash prize of INR 5,000 for each contest.

** Due to any unfortunate events or disputes, India’s Next Star reserve the right to disqualify the participant or retract the award.
** Rules are meant to be broken but not in this case. There can be change in the rules like removal, amending or addition without prior notice.

** Once the registration is done, there is no refund policy unless monthly contest is not conducted on the website.
