Who Can Participate?

** The Contest is open only to individuals above 18 years of age.
** The Contest shall be open only for citizens of India residing in India only.
** The contest is only for Electricians.
** The Contest is not open for employees or agents (distributors, dealers, retailers, staff worker of channel partners) of the Company or their families.

Contest Period

The Contest is effective from 11th June 2021 to 1st July 2021. The winner will be announced anytime in the month of July 2021 or within 30 days from end of contest.

How to Register?

Step 3 : Mobile Number Confirmation
Step 4 : Scan QR Code
Step 5 : Claim Your Reward.

Gratification

1. Winners would be selected based on correct / creative/ interesting answers. For multiple correct answers, winners will be selected through a lucky draw.
2. The gratification of the contest will be 500 Smart Saver Points, where in 1 Smart Saver Point = 1 INR.

3. Winners will be eligible for the gratification on satisfying the following conditions
** The winner must be an approved electrician on Anchor by Panasonic Smart Saver Electrician Loyalty Program, post winning the winner can register and get approved.

** The user must accumulate 500 points by scanning any (Switchgear, Wires and Roma Urban) of our products.
** The user must accumulate 500 points within 365 days of contest launch or his status stands cancelled.

** Once availed 500 points, the user can notify us by DM on Facebook or Call: 9136088606.
** On confirmation from our end of the winner availing 500 points, the user will receive the gratification within 30 days.

** The gratification will be transferred to winner’s bank account or PayTM wallet. The bank account/PayTM wallet would be the same as used for Anchor Smart Saver App.

Terms & Conditions

** The Company’s decision in respect of deciding the winners shall be final and binding.

** Each participant agrees and undertakes that the Company shall have exclusive rights over the data under and pursuant to these terms and conditions and the Company shall have unrestricted and unfettered rights to use the data in any manner that the Company deems fit.

** Winner need to share the Identity card and Contact details, Smart Saver details (Registered Name and Number) with the Company within 3 days of announcement. Late claims or improper details shared may result in cancellation of gratification and the winner shall be disqualified.

** The Company will verify the participant’s details upon successful verification that the participant is a genuine Facebook and Smart Saver user and not a fake profile or a duplicate profile.

** Participants agree that personal data (if any) entered during the registration, including name, mailing address, telephone number and email address may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes as may be required by the Company.

** Any participant found by the Company to have made use of illegitimate/unethical ways to maximize their chances of winning the Contest will be disqualified and banned from taking part in any Contest organized by the Company. The Company’s decision in this connection shall be final and binding on all the concerned.

** The prize won under this Contest can neither be exchanged for any other gift or cash or cash equivalent nor can it be transferred to any other person. The prize cannot be duplicated and is not for sale.

** By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to receive promotional contest related message/communication in any form from the Company for any time till the participant specifically registers with Company to not receive promotional messages.
