Kerala Wildlife Poster Designing Contest

By participating in the Wildlife Poster Designing Contest 2021, the contestants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to any Indian citizen irrespective of their age. Employees and associates of Kerala Forest Department (KFD) which includes the staff of KFD and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Contest Period

Entries for the Wildlife Poster Designing Contest 2020 will be accepted from Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. 1ST to Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. 1ST. Late entries will be summarily rejected.

vHow to Participate?

Steps :
Step 1 : The contestant shall participate by submitting an entry in the prescribed Registration Form duly filled along with the entry during the Contest Period.

Step2 : The prescribed format of the Registration Form can be downloaded from the website of the KFD, www.forest.kerala.gov.in.

Note :
There is no entry fee for the contest.

Theme of the Contest

The poster should be designed in such a way to convey the message of biodiversity conservation.
Entry limits : Each participant will be allowed to submit 2 entries in this contest.

Specifications

** The Poster should be designed in A3 Size Paper.
** Orientation is landscape.
** Water, poster, acrylic colours shall be used

Scrutiny of Wildlife Poster Designing Entries

** The entries received during the Contest Period (from September 15, 2021, at 10:00 a.m 1ST to September 30, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. 1ST) and found otherwise in order will be scrutinized on October 1st 2021, by the State Nodal Officer for the Poster Designing Context 2021.

** The entries submitted after 5:00 pm on 30th September 2021 will not be accepted and will be rejected without providing any reason whatsoever.

Winner Selection & Notification

** The entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges (Jury). The Judges will be eminent personalities with rich experience in the field of art.

** The Jury’s decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the judging process or any outcomes reached.

** Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on Friday, the 8th of October 2021.

Prizes

** The First, Second and Third prize winners will be awarded a Cash Prize of Rs.7500, Rs.4500 and Rs.2500 respectively (subject to pending Govt. Orders) along with a Certificate of Recognition.

** In addition, Certificates of Merit will be awarded to 3 entries as consolation prizes. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable.
