Colgate E-Meet your Favorite team Digital Contest
The Colgate Smiles Club E-Meet Your Favorite Team’ Digital contest (referred – ‘contest’ henceforth) is a consumer engagement contest, which is sponsored and operated by Colgate- Palmolive (India) Limited
Who Can Participate?
The contest is live only for the residents of India, except Tamil Nadu – aged more than 18 years, (campaign tenure subject to change at Colgate’s discretion). Participants who select Tamil Nadu as their state of residence during registration will not be eligible for the reward.
Campaign Period
Campaign tenure – 26-Aug’21 to 15-Oct’21
a. Participants registering till 16th Sep’21 will be eligible for random selection for Player E-Meet & Greet events as well as merchandise as a reward.
b. Participants registering from 17th Sep’21 to 15th Oct’21 will only be eligible for merchandise as a reward and not for player E-Meet & Greet Event
How to Participate?
** At the time of registration for the campaign, will have to update their details to join the Colgate Smiles Club.
** Only the participants who have successfully registered themselves for the Colgate Smiles Club through aforesaid process, will stand a chance to win a prize.
** Total 410 winners to be declared based on random selection methodology. The number of winners & the reward items can be changed during the campaign period at the discretion of Colgate.
Rewards
a. Merchandise – 400 units (exclusive of point 5.b mentioned below)
OR
b. Players Virtual E-Meet – 10 winners (exclusive of point 5.a mentioned above)
Terms & Conditions
** Colgate will attempt to deliver the reward by Dec’2021. Colgate shall not be held liable in case of any delay in delivery of reward due to any reasons.
** In case of winners who have won the chance to E-Meet the player(s), the day, date, schedule, meeting channel (eg – Zoom) and duration of the E-Meet shall be as decided by Colgate upon declaring the winner.
** Only players from the teams enlisted on the registration page will be available for the meetings. The meeting will be virtual remote meeting, based on the availability of players and discretion of Colgate and also may be subject to force majeure conditions.
The winners shall be responsible the arrangement of device & internet connection needed for e-meet, to make themselves available for a E-Meet and greet event of the players once informed by Colgate.
** In case a winner is unable to be present during the decided event, Colgate shall not be responsible to make available another E-Meet and greet for such winners.
** A participant can register himself with his/ her correct details multiple times to be eligible. The last updated details will be considered for membership in Colgate Smiles Club.
** The winners will be communicated via emailer/SMS/call by CPIL or its agencies on the credentials shared. The address for delivery of rewards will be collected by Colgate’s Call center agents or via a landing page link sent via email/SMS.
** In case the winner fails to respond to communication (3 attempts) asking for address details, his/her eligibility for reward may be cancelled. In such case, other winner will be selected.
** Winners will have to participate in any promotional activity related to the Contest that will involve use of their name, image, city & state at no additional cost/charges whatsoever to Colgate.
Winners will have to share their decent quality photo for the same & Colgate can touch up winner’s photograph to render it usable for the promotional activity.
