What is Kinder Joy “What’s Your Kids’ Way?” Contest?

“What’s Your Kids’ Way?” Contest is conducted by Ferrero India Pvt. Ltd. through Kinder India website for participants across India (except the state of Tamil Nadu). Contest will run during the period from 14th November ‘21 to 31st January ’22. Every participant will get an assured cashback of Rs. 30.

Eligibility

** Contest is open only to the participants residing in India except for the state of Tamil Nadu.
** The employees of Ferrero, its associate companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Contest and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** Parent and their kids both should be in the image and the kids age should be between 3-12 years.

How to participate in the “What’s Your Kids’ Way?” Contest?

** To participate in the “What’s Your Kids’ Way?” Contest just follow the below steps
** Read the terms and conditions carefully and proceed to participate only if you abide by all of them.
** The participant should be a resident in India and should be above 18 years of age.
** The participant shall not be associated with Company or any of its affiliates.
** To participate in the Contest, the participant has to log in on the www.kinder.com and upload image of their child consuming Kinder Joy in a creative way.

For participation, the participant will have to enter below mandatory fields:
** Parent Name
** Kid’s Age
** Contact No.
** City
** Upload Participant’s Image with their child.

Your participation will only be considered if the images follow the below guideline:
** Images posted should have the participant/parent with their child consuming Kinder Joy product.
** Images of the child/kid with their guardian is not permitted and the kid in the image should be the child of the participant/parent only.
** Participation in any other way than this will not be accepted.
** Only one entry per participant will be accepted. The first entry from each participant will be considered for the Contest.
** Participant may be requested to provide a proof of the child shown in the image in order to meet the requirements of this Contest.

Prizes

** Every participant will get an assured cashback of Rs. 30 by way of redemption via digital PAYTM wallet only.
** The participant will receive a sms on the registered mobile number for redemption.
** For every valid entry, participant will receive PAYTM Code on its registered mobile number and follow the steps for redemption of the digital wallet amount.
** Daily during the Contest period, there will be one 1 winner who will get an electronic tablet as assured prize, basis the unique image shared with the Company.
** The make, model and type of the electronic tablet will be decided solely by the Company.
** On a Weekly level during the Contest period, there will be 2 (two) winners who will be getting hobby (dance or music) class enrollment as gratification, as per Company’s sole discretion.
** The dance class will have 96 sessions which the winner needs to utilize within a max. period of 12 months.
** The music-class will have 48 sessions which the winner may utilize within a period of 12 months.
** One mega winner will be selected who will get an opportunity to be a part of the Company’s next photo shoot.

Contacting Winners

Company will call the winner on its registered mobile no. shared with the Company at the time of registration and will take the email id of the winner. Thereafter, the Company will send an email from Kinder.INDIA [AT] ferrero.com to the winners on the email id shared with the Company asking for their correspondence address for purpose of disbursing of prizes.

Recipient of the mail is required to reply within 1 day with required details for further processing, else Company has right to cancel the gratification. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to share correct and complete correspondence mobile no. and address and Company will not be liable and/or responsible for any such errors.
