Technical Criteria of MyGov International Year of Millets Song Contest
MyGov International Year of Millets Song Contest technical criteria are,
** The participant should submit songs with Audio Bit rate minimum of 128 KBPS with mp3 format.
** The participants should upload their entry as a high-quality audio file to any media platform such as Sound Cloud, YouTube, Dropbox etc. and share the link in the submission box.
** The duration of the song should be 3-5 minutes.
** Each participant must submit a brief description (maximum 100 words) about the song.•The song should be distinctive and meaningful. Winner shall be required to provide the song in DVD/ Pen-drive after the declaration.
** The Song on millets should be usable on every platform of government organization like Radio, TV, Conference, Seminar, Mela etc
Terms & Conditions
MyGov International Year of Millets Song Contest Terms and Conditions are,
** Participants can take part in the contest by registering on MyGov.
** Participant is to make sure that his/her MyGov Profile is accurate and updated since the Department, would be using this for further communication.
** This includes details such as name, e-mail id, photo and mobile number.
** Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
** Once submitted for MyGov International Year of Millets Song Contest, copyrights will solely be with the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
** The entry should not have been previously used/published.
** The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** The winners have to share their consent to the use of their names in any publicity carried out by Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, without further compensation.
** The winners will be declared either through email or by way of announcing their names on the MyGov blog page.
** There will be no notification to participants of entries not selected as winners.
** All entries in each category will be judged based on creativity and originality by Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare
