2. This campaign is being organized and operated by Hershey India Private Limited, Schindler House, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400076
3. All-natural persons who are legal residents of India and are aged 18 years and above are eligible to enter the campaign for free
4. If there is any dispute as to the identity of the Winners, the decision of Hershey India shall be final.
5. Participants will be identified as per the email id/handle, used for submitting or sharing the entries
6. By entering this contest pursuant to these Terms, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and by the decision(s) of Hershey India. No further correspondence will be entertained by Hershey India
7. The Contest information will be shared through the Instagram and Facebook handle of Hershey India
8. The contest commences on 26th May 2022, 2PM IST and will end on 26th June 2022, 10PM IST.
9. Team will get in touch with the winners and collect the required details via Instagram DM.
10. Each Participant may submit only one entry for the contest. If multiple entries are submitted, the first entry based on time and date will be considered as the final one. Follow the above-mentioned rules & regulations, as it will be considered for the evaluation of the final list of winner participants
11. Before declaring participants who are eligible for winning, the participants may be required to provide: proof of age, residence and identity, which may include but is not limited to a copy of proof of residence, passport or similar government issued identification
