Play Quiz & Win iPad – Terms & Conditions :

1. Times Internet Limited (TIL) provides its service to you subject to the following Terms & Conditions (T&C ), which may be updated by TIL from time to time without any notice. You (the Participant/User) agree to abide by this T&Cs of Play Quiz & win ipad Mini & couple movie tickets competition (Competition) as set out herein.

2. This Competition is open only for Indian citizens who are above the age of 18 years, legally competent to participate in this Competition and also have a valid PAN card.
3. Neither the employees of TIL/the Telecom Operator facilitating the Competition, nor the family members or the relatives of employees of TIL/the Telecom Operators facilitating the Competition are eligible to participate in the Competition. Any such entry, even if successful, would be deemed inadmissible for the purpose of this service.
4. Bumper winner entries shall be short listed on the basis of max quizzes with maximum correct answers during the contest duration while daily winners entries shall be short listed on the basis of at least 1 quiz played completely in least time where user answers correctly to the questions asked to him/her. The User/Participant needs to be register on follo.in to be entitled to win ipad Mini & couple movie tickets
5. Your entering the said Competition shall be deemed as your acceptance of the T&C.

Features of the competition :
** The Competition is titled as Play Quiz, Register & win ipad Mini and movie tickets and would be accessible through mobile & web browser on follo.in
** User must log in on Follo.in to participate in Play Quiz, Register & win ipad Mini and movie tickets competition.
** This is a limited period Competition (Play Quiz, Register & win ipad Mini and movie tickets), which will start on 15th day of December, 2015 and end on 31st day of January, 2016. However, the Competition duration can be extended solely at TILs discretion with or without any prior information to Users.
** Participant/User could enter into the Competition by visiting follo.in/. This is a limited period Competition.
** Participant/User will be given a choice to access the T&C of the Competition. At any point of time User/ Participant willing to discontinue or leave this Competition may do so.
** Participant/User will get 1 point for each question answered correctly. This Competition is available only in English Language.
** Entries for Bumper prize shall be short listed on the basis of maximum quizzes played with maximum correct answers to the quiz question(s) during the Competition period. Entries for Daily prize shall be short listed on the basis of at least 1 quiz played completely and getting highest score by playing more quizzes (from 15th Dec 2015 -31st Jan 2016) where User answers correctly to the questions asked to him/her. Incomplete answers/information provided under this Competition shall not be entertained and shall stand disqualified automatically, without any intimation.
** Bumper gratification would be based on maximum quizzes with all correct answers while daily gratification would based on the all the correct answers to at least 1 quiz played completely and getting highest score by playing more quizzes (from 15th Dec 2015 – 31st Jan 2016) through mobile & web browser on follo.in. User would get one (1) point on each correct answer. There would be 1 Bumper winner & 5 Daily winners during the entire Competition. Beyond the validity period of this Competition scores shall not be considered.
** There shall be 1 bumper winner & 5 daily winners (5 winners get couple movie tickets) during the competition. For bumper prize, in case two or more users have same score then winners would be declared bases whosoever played more number of quizzes during the validity of this Competition as per TIL available logs.
** There shall be 1 bumper winner & 5 daily winners in this Competition. Bumper winner will be gratified with ipad Mini & daily winners will be gratified with couple movie tickets(5 couple movie tickets).
** Daily winners will be declared next day (after midnight at 12:00 AM) during period 12:00 AM to 23:59 PM. Bumper winner will be declared after the end of entire competition. Winners would be informed through their registered email ids.

6. The User who is eligible for the mobile phone gratification will be informed through email where User/winner would be required to send few details such as:
** Name, Mobile no, Address and City.
** Proof of Identity
** Proof of Address
** Date of Birth Certificate
** Copy of PAN card
** Proof of Mobile no in his name
** Any other document as required by TIL
** DD for the TDS amount

7. User needs to send the above documents within 15 days (i.e. 15th February, 2016) from the end date of the contest.
8. Mobile phone prizes will be distributed within 45 days from the end date of the contest (i.e. 15th March, 2016) only to those winners for whom complete documents are received by TIL by the said date.
9. One user can win only 1 couple movie ticket in one month duration of the contest irrespective of getting top rank daily in Hall of Fame.
10. One prize can be claimed only at once at a particular home address.
11. For claiming ipad Mini, user/winner would have to first send TIL DD of the amount required for TDS. After receiving this DD, we would process the prize claim and the time limit mentioned in the T&C would be counted from that day onwards.
12. Applicable government taxes on bonus/gratification as applicable, will be borne by the winner/User and all deductions (such as TDS etc.), wherever applicable, shall be borne by the winner/User in accordance with section 194 B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 or as applicable under the law.
13. It is at the sole discretion of TIL that it pays the equivalent amount of CASH to the winner/User in place of the actual product.
14. TIL reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, postpone, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time including if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to any technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of TIL and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. All Winners and/or Participants agree that no claims or complaints may be raised against TIL or any of their affiliates, representatives, associates etc. in this respect. Any decision of TIL in this regard and in general with respect to this Promotion and the Terms thereto shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
15. In the event the eligible User/winner does not send his details (as specified in Clause no. 6 above) within fifteen (15) consecutive working days after the end date of the contest, TIL may at its sole discretion cancel the entitlement of the said User/winner. With this there will be no second User/winner declared and the gratification for that particular stands cancelled.
