To be eligible to vote for the Awards, the following criteria must be met You must be a resident of India. What are the Voting Methodology for the Awards?

The Voting Methodology for the Awards are given below,
**You can cast your vote for the Awards, by voting online at cntraveller.in/rta (“Website”)
**Voting for the Awards shall be accepted from 12:00 a.m. IST on 23 June, 2022 till 11:59 p.m. IST on 15 August, 2022.
**Please note that votes sent in any manner other than through the Website as stated hereinabove will not be accepted by Conde Nast India.
**You shall not be entitled to challenge Conde Nast India’s voting system or its decisions in this regard.
**Erroneous, illegible, fraudulent or incomplete votes, as may be decided at Conde Nast India’s sole discretion, will not be accepted as valid votes.
**Conde Nast India reserves the right to disqualify any person participating in the Awards and the Contest if such person has submitted multiple voting forms.
**Conde Nast India reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set your vote for any reason at its sole discretion without the need to notify you of the reasons thereof. You shall not be entitled to challenge any amendment, suspension, withdrawal, cancellation and/or re-set of your votes by Conde Nast India.
**Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote is final, conclusive and binding on you and no correspondence whatsoever in this regard shall be entertained.
**Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the vote cannot be contested and/or challenged in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.
**Conde Nast India reserves the right, at its their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the voting process or the operation of the Contest or the Website or in violation of the Terms of Use of the Website or to be acting in violation of applicable laws including but not limited to Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended from time to time) or found to be submitting fraudulent bulk votes (i.e. more votes than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automated votes).
**Conde Nast India reserves its right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Awards, the Contest, the voting process or the Website.
**Conde Nast India is not liable to you for any inability to vote for any reason whatsoever.
**Conde Nast India reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or postpone the Awards and/or Contest at its sole discretion at any time without any prior intimation.

Criteria for voting for the Awards & participating in the Contest

The Criteria for voting for the Awards & participating in the Contest are given below,
**To be eligible to vote for the Awards, the following criteria must be met:
1.You must be a resident of India;
2.You must be a citizen of India;
3. You must be over 18 years of age;
4. You shall adhere to the Terms of Use appearing on cntraveller.in/;
**You must provide necessary details as may be decided by Conde Nast India at its sole discretion, including but not limited to a valid e-mail address
**To be selected as one of the winners of the Contest, you must fulfill all the voting eligibility criteria contained hereunder.
**No employees, affiliates, consultants and other representatives of Conde Nast India (and members of their immediate family) and anyone in the administration of the Contest/Awards are eligible for the Prize or voting for the Awards or participation in the Contest.
**Conde Nast India may demand valid documentation to validate your age, citizenship, residence or any other information as it may deem necessary.
**Your voting for the Awards and participation in the Contest is deemed to be voluntary and the personal information provided in relation thereto, if any, may be shared with third parties for sales and marketing purposes amongst others.

Voter’s Lucky Draw (“Contest”):
**By voting for the Awards in the manner contained hereunder, you will be participating in the Contest.
**All procedures and processes for the Contest shall be decided by Conde Nast India at its sole discretion.
**The winners of the Contest shall be determined by a computer randomization from the votes cast during the timelines stated hereunder or such other process which Conde Nast India may deem fit, which process shall entirely be at the discretion of Conde Nast India and the same is not open to challenge by any person.

Winners of Conde Nast RTA Contest

**The winner/s of the Conde Nast RTA Contest agree to, at the request of Conde Nast India, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to Conde Nast India using their name, image and logos (as applicable) in a manner as may be decided by Conde Nast India at its sole discretion without any consideration.
**Winners of the Contest will be contacted by Conde Nast India in a manner as may be decided by Conde Nast India at its sole discretion, and the prize voucher will be sent to them via e-mail.
**The prize voucher must be redeemed by the winner personally by producing proper identification at the hotel and is not transferable.
**Winners must redeem their vouchers on or before the specified period as stated in the voucher.
**Failure to redeem the Prize within the validity period will result in the Prize getting lapsed.
**All taxes, charges, levies, fees and other charges in relation to the Prizes, if any, shall be borne by the winners alone and Conde Nast India shall not be liable to pay the same. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible financial implications thereof.
