What is TCL Mini QLED LED Quiz Contest?
TCL Mini QLED LED Quiz Contest is organised by TCL. The participant Shall be a legal resident of India. The prizes is Gift voucher of Rs. 1000 to selected winners. The winners will be notified through email. Contestant should give right answers to all the questions to get shortlisted for winners’ selection. The Quiz contest will be held from June 28, 2022, from 10:00:00 hrs (IST) to July 15, 2022, 23:59:59 hrs (IST) both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).

How To Participate TCL Mini QLED LED Quiz Contest?
To Participate TCL Mini QLED LED Quiz Contest, the procedure are given below,

Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria of TCL Mini QLED LED Quiz Contest are given below,
Whoever has been registered as a TCL member, shall be considered to be as a “Participant” in this Contest, upon fulfilment of the following eligibility criteria, failing which TCL reserves the right and shall be entitled to disqualify the participant without giving any prior notice at any time including Prize delivery time.
** The participant Shall be a legal resident of India;
** Participant shall have a billing address within the territory of India;
** Either TCL officers, directors, employees, dealers, distributors or its agents, successors or assigns shall not participate
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age;
** TCL shall not responsible or liable for any consequences of Participant error including illegible / incomplete / invalid / wrongly submitted information or entries and delayed claims in respect thereof.

** All winners are solely responsible for the transport of the product and bear all and any taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
** If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, TCL reserve the right and in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
** TCL is not responsible or liable for any loss or costs arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by TCL.
** In no event TCL shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected under this contest.
** TCL will use Participant’s and winner’s personal details (the “Personal Data”) for the purpose of administering this contest, including Prize delivery and winner announcement and notifications etc.,
** Personal Data provided to TCL in connection with this contest will be processed in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.
** Company shall not liable to pay any fee or compensation using towards marketing or publicity.

** All the disputes and differences that arise under this contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of civil courts in Mumbai only.
