What is NITI Shoonya Doodle Design Contest?

Shoonya Doodle Design Contest is organised by NITI Aayog, MyGov. The Contest is open to all citizens across India. MyGov India, in partnership with Shoonya–Zero Pollution Mobility Campaign, is inviting entries for a doodle competition for World EV Day this year. Each entry should be accompanied by a brief description of how the doodle encapsulates the essence of Shoonya. The First Position Prize is Rs.10,000/-. The last date to submit the doodle is 31st August 2022.

Technical Parameters For Doodle Design Contest

The Technical Parameters For Doodle Design Contest are given below,
1) The iconography should convey zero-pollution mobility with electric vehicles and their associated benefits, such as clean air, better public health, and reduced negative environmental impacts.
2) The doodle design should use the colour theme in the Shoonya logo as on the Shoonya website. Hex
Colour Code for Blue is #0088CE and for Green is #34B233. In addition, the integration of the
Shoonya hand gesture is preferred. Refer to website for the Shoonya logo.
3) The doodle orientation must be in the landscape. Any entries in portrait orientation will not be considered for the competition.
4) The text used in the doodle design must be English.
5) The doodle entry must not include copyrighted or trademarked images and logos.
6) Each entry should be accompanied by a brief description of how the doodle encapsulates the essence of Shoonya.

Prize of Doodle Design Contest

The Prize of Doodle Design Contest are given below,
First Position – Rs.10,000/-
Second Position – Rs.5,000/-
Third Position – Rs.3,000/-

Terms & Conditions For Doodle Design Contest

The Terms & Conditions For Doodle Design Contest are given below,
1) The Contest is open to all citizens across India.
2) The submission of entry is free.
3) All entries are to be submitted through MyGov Website. Any other medium/ mode of submission will not be considered for the evaluation.
4) Each entrant shall submit only one doodle. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be rejected.
5) The participant should ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this will be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID, and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.
6) The doodle design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and may not infringe on the intellectual rights of any third party. NITI Aayog and MyGov do not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
7) The winning entries/doodles would be the intellectual property of the Shoonya campaign, and the winners shall not exercise any right over it.
8) The winning entries/doodles can be used by the Shoonya campaign for promotional and display purposes, IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, and for any other use as may be deemed appropriate.
9) The name/title/description of the doodle entry should be original and must not infringe on the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.
