What Is KitKat Grandbreaks Contest?

These terms and conditions apply to KitKat Grandbreaks Consumer Benefit Program (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited. The Program is open to Citizens of India only. The winners will be selected everyday via a scientific randomizer consecutively for 42 days (Program period). The last date to participate in KitKat Grandbreaks Contest 30th November 2022.

Eligibility Criteria For KitKat Grandbreaks Contest

KitKat Grandbreaks Contest Eligibility Criteria :
** This Program will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of State of Tamil Nadu and the phone numbers belonging to the state of Tamil Nadu telecom circle, employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Nestlé India and the Agency.

** Nestlé India or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play.

** All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Nestlé India or the Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Program.

How To Participate In KitKat Grandbreaks Contest?

To participate in the Program, Participants are required to send an SMS:
** As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with 9 digit valid Unique Code printed inside the wrapper of the Promo Pack laminate from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g. KITKAT<SPACE>UNIQUE CODE to 8367283672.

** After sending the SMS, Participant will get a confirmatory message with the link to the microsite where the list of winners of the program will be uploaded

** The per-minute winner will receive an SMS with the cash amount of Rs. 200/- (for KITKAT 4 Finger 38.5g) mentioned. The message will also contain a winning code and a website link. The participant will need to click on that link, enter the winning code and click on validate.

** Upon successful validation, the participant needs to fill all details on the form and submit to get the reward. The cash reward they can redeem via NEFT/UPI/e-Wallet.

** The per-hour winner will receive an SMS with the name of the grand prize they have won from any one of the following: Boat Smart Watch or Lenovo Tab or Amazon Echo Dot or Redmi Phone. Maximum 1 (one) prize for a single mobile number.

** Prizes are only indicative and may vary subject to availability. The message will also contain a winning code and a website link. The participant will need to click on that link, enter the winning code and click on validate. Upon successful validation, the participant needs to fill all details on the form and submit to get the reward.

** Selection of Winner shall be subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions of the Program

** The winner will be able to redeem their prizes till November 30th 2022, beyond this date the Grandbreaks prize redemption will not be valid.

KitKat Grandbreaks Contest Prizes

** 720 per-minute Winners and 12 hourly Winners will be chosen from amongst all Participants in a day (9 AM to 9 PM) every day, during the Program Period for program pack as described above.

** For KITKAT 4 Finger 38.5g – Participants will be eligible for per-minute prizes of Rs. 200/-, or per-hour prizes any one of the following: Boat Smart Watch or Lenovo Tab or Amazon Echo Dot or Redmi Phone.

** Prizes are only indicative and may vary subject to availability. Winners will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection by the Agency appointed by Nestlé India

KitKat Grandbreaks Contest Winner Selection

For Every Minute Prize A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day. Winners For Every Minute Prize:
** A total of 720 per-minute winners will be selected each day wherein 1 winner will be selected for every minute between 9AM to 9PM (i.e., 720 Winners for 720 Minutes) through a scientific randomizer method. For Hourly Prize:
** A total of 12 hourly winners will be selected each day for the grand prize wherein 1 winner will be selected for every hour between 9AM to 9PM (i.e., 12 Winners for 12 Hours) through a scientific randomizer method.

** In case there is no entry received for any minute or hour, winner for that minute or hour will be selected from the overall pool of entries received during day, if that also does not suffice then previous days’ entries will be included in the overall pool.

** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of NESTLÉ INDIA LTD. or the Partner Agency.

** Participants have a chance to win maximum 1 (one) prize and 1 time only from a single mobile number

** The winner generation will be done based on valid Code and mobile number

** Nestlé India Ltd. and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

** The winner will be able to redeem their prizes till November 30th 2022, beyond this date the Grandbreaks prize redemption will not be valid.

Contacting Winners KitKat Grandbreaks Contest

Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by Nestlé India shall process the confirmatory message with the microsite link to the registered mobile number within 48 working hours excluding public holidays and Saturday & Sundays. The winner list will also be published on the Program website www.woohoo.in/grandbreaks

Nestlé India at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish any or all the following documents:
a. Aadhar, Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License, or similar government ID

b. Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the unique code.

c. Winners will be required to furnish a proof of ownership of participating mobile number (Mobile bill or a letter from their Network service provider clearly stating the mobile number, their name, address etc.)

d. Identification details (Name) on the identification document furnished should match the same on Mobile Bill / Letter furnished by network service provider

e. In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, the prize will be disbursed to legal guardian / Parent. An undertaking, as well as valid proof for establishing Parent / Legal Guardian Status will then be needed. Parent / Legal guardian will also be required to submit a valid PAN Card.

f. Eligibility will be scrutinized by the Agency, and they will contact the winner once documents furnished are scrutinized and found to be acceptable.

g. In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Nestlé India / Agency reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding.
