What is Shemaroo TV Waah Bhai Waah Contest?

RSBL Waah Bhai Waah Contest 2023 is conducted by Shemaroo Entertainment Limited and hosted on the channel “Shemaroo TV”. The Contest is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Participants are required to give send SMS/WhatsApp message on the correct number to win the prize. Each winner will be awarded 1 (one) gram gold coin. Last date of contest is 2nd September 2023.

Eligibility of Shemaroo TV Waah Bhai Waah Contest

** The Contest is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries are not eligible to participate.
** The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Contest as on the date of the Contest.

How To Participate in the Shemaroo Waah Bhai Waah Contest?

** The Contest shall be conducted daily (i.e. from Monday to Saturday) during the program “Waah Bhai Waah” (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) on the Channel from 09:30 PM to 10:00 PM during the Contest Period.
** One (1) question will be flashed every day on the Channel during the Program. Four (4) options will be provided to the participants for one question.
** The participants are required to choose the correct answer from the options provided and shall send a SMS/WhatsApp message on the given official mobile number provided against each option (i.e. 8282828187- Option A, B, C or D).
** Participants are required to give send SMS/WhatsApp message on the correct number to win the prize.
** Once a Participant submits an answer a thank you message will be sent on WhatsApp. If a Participant fail to submit an answer within a pre-decided duration, the Participant will be disqualified and will not be able to participate in the Contest for that day.
** The lines for participating in the daily Contest will be shut at 9.30 PM. Any person who sends SMS/WhatsApp message to participate after 9.30 pm not be eligible to participate in daily Contest for that day.

Selection Process of Shemaroo Waah Bhai Waah Contest

** 1 (one) winner will be selected for each of the daily Contest.
** In case there are more than one Participant with all correct answers then one winner will be selected based on random selection method.
** Right to disqualify and winner selection is at the sole discretion of Shemaroo. Any decision taken by Shemaroo related to the Contest cannot be challenged by any of the participant.

Prizes of Shemaroo TV Waah Bhai Waah Contest

Each winner will be awarded 1 (one) gram gold coin. Upon selection of winner, Shemaroo shall make a maximum of 2 (two) attempts to contact the Winner via call. Shemaroo shall not be held liable, despite Shemaroo’s best efforts, in the event the mobile number is unreachable/not replied due to the following reasons including but not limited to:

1) phone number belongs to a person other than the Participant;
2) Mobile number answered but individual answering refuses to acknowledge Shemaroo, the Contest and/or any relation thereto;
3) if the mobile number is not reachable or switched off and
4) Any other reason the Email ID or any other contact details provided by which Participant cannot be contacted.

The winner will be required to provide a self-attested copy of the following documents to Shemaroo prior to collection of the Prize.

** Copy of PAN Card;
** Copy of Aadhar Card;

Shemaroo may ask for such additional information/ documents from the winner which the winner will provide as required.

Winner Announcement of Shemaroo Waah Bhai Waah Contest

** Winner for each of the daily Contest will be announced on the subsequent day on the Channel. Winners for Saturday’s Contest will be announced on next Monday.
** Shemaroo is not obliged to make the selection process public to all the Participants.
** Winner will be communicated via telephonic or any other mode of communication possible.
** Communication will completely be dependent on the details shared by the user by updating his/her profile.
** Shemaroo will try to communicate via available information provided by the user.

The Shemaroo TV Waah Bhai Waah Contest shall be conducted on daily basis from 6th March 2023 and conclude on 2nd September 2023
