Yamaha Racing Contest is a limited period contest valid from 26th March 2023 – 10th September 2023, brought to you by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd and it is open to Resident Citizens of India except those residing in Tamil Nadu. No entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest. Winners will get Yamaha T-shirt. Winners will be decided by Yamaha. Top 20 posts per event with highest number of likes will be declared as winners.

Who Can Participate in the Yamaha Racing Contest?

Yamaha Racing Contest is open to Resident Citizens of India except those residing in Tamil Nadu. The contest is not open for participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979

Note:
Employees of Yamaha its affiliates, representatives and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Citizens of foreign countries residing in India and/or Non-Resident Indians are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How To Participate in the Yamaha Racing Contest?

** The main requirement for the Participant to enter this contest is that he or she have a public Instagram account that is not restricted or locked to the public. The image should be posted on Instagram Feed. Entries of Instagram stories will not be qualified for the contest.
** The participants must click a picture with Yamaha vehicle during the delivery time at Yamaha Bluesquare showrooms with #YamahaRacingContest. Share this link on Yamaha Racing contest website to be eligible for an entry to the contest
** The vehicle delivery images clicked during Jun-Sep 2023 will be considered as valid entries.
** The participant must read and abide by all the terms and conditions before taking part in the contest. The participation in the Contest shall imply that participant has read through and agreed to adhere to the terms and conditions and be bound by them.
** Material pertaining to “Yamaha Racing Contest” is the property of Yamaha.
** No entry fee is charged to participate in the Contest.

Prizes of Yamaha Racing Contest

Winners will be decided by Yamaha. Top 20 posts per event with highest number of likes will be declared as winners. The winners will also get MotoGP passes of the basic category for Indian GP.

Terms and Conditions of Yamaha Racing Contest

** Each Participant agrees that his or her entry complies with these terms and conditions by submitting an entry.
** Each Participant also agrees that Yamaha may disqualify them from the Contest if Yamaha believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an entry violates these terms and conditions.
** The posts should have #YamahaRacingContest in the description while posting.
** Yamaha holds all the rights to select or disqualify winners in case of discrepancy.
** Every person registering on the “Yamaha Racing contest” Website of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd shall be eligible to play the online Contest.
** Every participant shall be allowed one entry to play the online contest per race.
** Prizes not claimed / documentation formalities not adhered to within 30 days of announcement of winners, will be forfeited by Yamaha in its sole and absolute discretion.
** The winning participants shall be informed of the result on Yamaha Instagram page and on the Yamaha official website only.
** The decision of the Yamaha Jury members will be final and binding. All winners will be required to submit proof of identity (passport, driving license, Voters ID, PAN Card, or school or college ID card).
** The winner/s shall be announced on Yamaha Motor India Website, Facebook & Instagram page.
** All participants entering the Contest on the Yamaha Instagram shall be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to the terms of the Contest and all decisions of India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd in connection with this Contest.
** All information provided to You by Yamaha is deemed confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone else, except as required under applicable law with prior written notice to Yamaha before disclosure of such information.
** All taxes and other levies or charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the participants/winners and the same shall be deducted at the time of giving the prize.
** Decision of Yamaha in all matters relating to this Contest, including draws and prizes, shall be final and binding on the participants.
** India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to vary, amend, and alter any terms of the Contest including the right to withdraw the Contest, at any time, without any notice.
** Intellectual property rights involved as part of Contest shall vest in Yamaha. Also, Yamaha will retain ownership of the background used for images, typography, design content, visual effects, graphics and in all other property that was not created as part of provision of Contest.
** In the event the prizes are delivered in a broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of the same itself. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
** The images of the gratification shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Colour & Design may vary at the time of gratification dispatch.
** Meet & Greet with Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Riders will be arranged by Yamaha Motor India at a pre-decided venue during Indian GP week of MotoGP.
** If Indian GP is called off due to any unavoidable circumstances, Meet & Greet will stand cancelled automatically.
** All expenses (Travel, Boarding, Lodging etc) shall be solely borne by the winners and Yamaha shall not be liable for payment of any manner whatsoever for any reason whatsoever expect the provision of MotoGP passes, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
