What is Unified Cyber Olympiad UCO?

India has seen a spectacular success in IT and computers which is acknowledged around the world. But computer education is highly fragmented and is without any common goal or platform. Realising the huge importance of streamlined and competitive education in computers & IT and with a view to fortifying India’s success, Unified Council has forayed into Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO).

It motivates children to strengthen their knowledge of using mental ability, logical reasoning & computer knowledge. Proficiency in these areas will help them in overcoming problems related to software, management crises, lack of judgement and decision-making.

Unified Cyber Olympiad(UCO), which will be held across the Globe with the following goals :
Streamlining computer education
Instilling competitiveness in computer education
Including logic, reasoning and mental ability in the learning process
Identifying talent and assessing students on a nationwide platform
Exposing students to the latest technology and study in computers

Eligibility: Student of classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10.

Exam Fee:
Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only)
Students desirous of referring to Olympiad Power Pack should add Rs. 100 for a set Model/Previous Question Papers.

Unified Cyber Olympiad UCO Exam Pattern

Exam Structure:
This exam will be conducted in the school premises of the respective schools.

Exam Pattern:
The medium of the test will be English.
There will be a different question paper for each class.
All the questions are of the objective-type with no negative marking for wrong answers.

Syllabus : UCO question papers are more class specific than syllabus specific. Please refer the syllabus provided. Unified Cyber Olympiad question papers are suitable for students following CBSE / ICSE / ISC and various other State Board syllabi.

Awards of Unified Cyber Olympiad UCO

** A. The Top Rankers and next 2 Rankers in each class are awarded a Laptop and a Tablet PC respectively + a Memento to, each.
** B. The next 7 rankers of each class (Ranks 4-10) are awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 1000 each.
** Top 100 rankers in each class are awarded with Olympiad Coach Online Subscription worth Rs. 1198.
** Top 100 rankers from each class are also awarded each with a Medal, Reasoning Trainer Plus Book, from M/s Brain Mapping Academy.
** All the top rankers from 1-100 are awarded a Medal and a Certificate of Appreciation.

Institutional Awards :
Best Performance Award – School
One Best Performance School will be presented to the top performing schools in each zone (17 zones). The principal and the teacher in-charge of the respective schools are awarded the Best Contribution in Computer Education Award and a Cash Prize of Rs.3000 each.

How to Apply Unified Cyber Olympiad UCO?

** Please send a single consolidated Demand Draft towards the exam fee of all the students appearing for the UCO from your school.
** D.D. should be drawn in favour of UNIFIED COUNCIL payable at HYDERABAD.
** Frame the list of students in the format (preferably typed) and send it to our address along with the D.D. by Courier Service/Register Post/Speed Post.

Note: Venue of the UCO will be respective schools only. There is no open center facility this examination. So we do not accept direct/individual applications forms for UCO.
