What is Galaxy Cashback Program Contest?

Galaxy Cashback Program for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD., conducted by Pine Labs Private Limited. having its office at No. 111, 1st floor, “Brigade Manae Court”, Industrial Layout, Koramangala 5th Block, Bangalore 560095 wherein consumers can participate by scanning QR code to come on the participation microsite.

Consumer will fill relevant details including alphanumeric Unique Code (herein referred to as the “Code”) printed inside Galaxy Smooth Milk, Galaxy Fruit & Nut, and Galaxy Cookie Crumble pack of MRP 80 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo Pack”).

The Program is valid only in India from 01/07/2023 to 30/03/2024 (herein after referred as “Program Period”). The Program is valid throughout India. The Program is open to Citizens of India only.

During the Program Period, cashback of Rs 80 shall be given on purchase of Galaxy Smooth Milk, Galaxy Fruit & Nut, and Galaxy Cookie Crumble prices at ₹80 by participating with unique code. Consumer will have an option to get cashback in form of NEFT or Amazon Pay code.

Eligibility of Galaxy Cashback Program

** This Program will be open to all the residents of India except for employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and the Agency.

** MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. or the Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play.

All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. or the Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Program.

Galaxy Cashback Program Timings

** The Participants who complete the participation steps between 06:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM (here in after referred as “Program Timings”) during the Program Period are eligible to participate in the Program.
** Entries coming outside the Program Period will not be considered for winner selection.
** The Program is applicable on specific pack of Galaxy Smooth Milk, Galaxy Fruit & Nut, and Galaxy Cookie Crumble pack of Rs 80

How to Participate for Galaxy Cashback Program?

Participation steps are as follows:

i) As a first step, Participants are required to scan the QR code printed on the pack. Scanning will take consumer to the participating microsite link.

ii) Participant to fill the following details.
** A unique code mentioned inside Galaxy Smooth Milk, Galaxy Fruit & Nut, and Galaxy Cookie Crumble pack.
** Enter First name, Last Name, City, Mobile Number, OTP, accept the terms & conditions & click on submit.
** Upon successful validation, Participant will get registered & participant will receive a SMS with the link.
** The participant to visit the link after 24 hours, acknowledge the location on the device& enter the registered mobile number & do an OTP validation.
** User selects between Amazon Pay e-voucher & NEFT.

iii) 1 unique code can be redeemed only once during Promo Period. A Code shall only be valid for one-time participation.
iv) In case a Participant chooses NEFT as an option, Participant needs to enter IFSC code, Bank Name, Account number etc.

v) Within 4 working days from the date of filling the correct details winner shall receive their reward. In case details entered by participant are incorrect, MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD./its agency shall have no responsibility and/or obligation to grant the said prize and requests for change of such details, if any, shall be the sole discretion of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD./its agency reserves the right to NOT declare any replacement winner in lieu of all such winners entering wrong details.

vi) Selection of Winner shall be subject to fulfilment of all terms and conditions of the Program.
vii) 1 Amazon account can add the Amazon Pay E-gift card code only once under this program.

Winner Selection of Galaxy Cashback Program

** A Participant can win once per mobile number basis the valid participation.
** The unique code cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Promotion Period and the participant by participating in the Promotion agree to waive off right of redemption post the date of expiry of the Promotion Period.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. or the Partner Agency.

** MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD., and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

** Neither MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. Nor Agency be liable for any delay in actual redemption under this Offer reflecting in the customers’ account.
** MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD. Or its Agency shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Code due to wrong opening of the pack.

** E-wallet cashback code as part of this Offer is non-transferrable, non-refundable; and no physical cash payment will be made in lieu of this. At any stage, MARS INTERNATIONAL INDIA PVT. LTD., and/or Organizer reserve their right to call upon the Participant to submit any document for verification of identity as per its sole discretion.

** 1 mobile number can participate & get cashback once during the Program Period.
** Cashback value to be Rs 80.
** Cashback will be in form of either NEFT or Amazon Pay code. Participant to have an option to choose the mode of reward fulfilment.
