Any customer participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively be referred as “Participants”.

(i) These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion and aspects thereof (“Terms & Conditions”).
(ii) By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions which are available on www.nutrichoicepromo.in (“Promotion Website”). The decisions of Britannia will be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Successfully entering and registering for the Promotion and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
(iii) The Promotion is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
(iv) No request of rescheduling the dates or extension of the prize or replacement of the prize shall be entertained by Britannia.

Promotion Period

(i) The Promotion Period will commence from 12:00:01 A.M on August 04, 2023 to 11.59:59 P.M on November 1, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
(ii) Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received at the system of the Agency.
(iii) Entries coming outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.

Eligibility of Britannia Nutri Choice Promotion

** This Promotion will be open to every Indian citizen aged 18 or above residing in India,
** Subject to other criteria and conditions stated in the terms of the Promotion, the Promotion will be open to all residents of India with the exception of employees of Britannia, their respective agents, distributors, retailers, and any other channel partner of Britannia, and their immediate family members.
** The Promotion shall be valid only for the selected SKUs i.e. Britannia Nutrichoice – 1kg pack. Non-promotional packs are also available in the market.

How to Participate Britannia Nutri Choice Promotion?

1. Scan the QR code as given on the promotion pack and the Customer will be directed to the website www.nutrichoicepromo.in
2. Register by entering your Name, Mobile number, and E-mail id, select your state, and proceed to submit post accepting Terms and Conditions.
3. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile on the website.
4. Enter the unique code mentioned inside the promotional pack.
5. Spin the wheel and reveal your assured reward on the promotional website.

Note: For Cult-fit 14 days, Cult-fit 21 days, Decathlon Voucher: The voucher will be sent to the registered mobile number within 24 business hours. Visit the partner website / App and claim your reward.

** The Participants shall refer to the “Terms and Conditions of the Platform” as applicable to the assured Prize. (“Platform shall mean the entity offering the voucher”)
** The assured Prize (Hereinafter may also be referred to as ‘voucher(s)’) will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website www.nutrichoicepromo.in only.
** The Participants from Tamil Nadu will receive an assured prize i.e. 14 day Cult-fit at home online voucher.

The voucher entitles you to a single assured prize out of the following:

Note:
The Participants with the Boat smartwatch or Bicycle prize must claim their prize before the end of the Promotion Period i.e. November 01, 2023. If they do not, they will forfeit their right to the prize and Britannia at its sole discretion may offer the aforesaid prize to another Participant chosen through scientific selection from the pool of valid submissions/entries.

** Participants may be required to submit their details/documents as required by Britannia or Agency.
** Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
