“POLO CAMPAIGN ” is conducted by Nestlé India Limited. Participant must be citizen of India & residing in India. The Program is valid only in India including of Tamil Nadu. Participants are required to send an SMS POLOSPOTIFY <space>Lot No. TO 7036186000. The Program shall start from” at “8:00AM” on 20-September 2023 and conclude on 19-Oct-2023 at “11:59PM”.

Eligibility of Polo Contest Win Spotify Premium

a) Participant must be citizen of India & residing in India.
b) The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Nestlé India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.
c) This Program is open for adults above 18 years.

Submission of Entry for Polo Contest

a) Consumers can participate by sending an SMS with Lot No. (herein referred to as the “Code”) printed on the back panel of the POLO mint of Rs.10(net quantity: 24g) (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Pack”).
** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Program shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
** Participants purchasing the Program Pack can participate maximum 10 times only using a particular mobile number. For the sake of clarity, it is reiterated that Participants will be eligible to participate in the program for a maximum 10 times only.
** The Program is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
** Regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
** Participants who participate before the Program Period i.e., before 20-Sept- 2023, their entries will be rejected & consumer has to re participate after the program starts with the same Lot Number.

b) Entries are valid only for the Participants who are participating the in the program during the prescribed time zone(8:00 AM to 12:00 AM), Entries out of the time zone will be rejected.

c) During the Program Period, 1 winner every hour i.e, collectively total 480 lucky winners during the entire program period & from Tamil Nadu the top 10 winners will be selected based on the uniqueness & creativity of the answer & will be eligible to win the Spotify 12M subscription code on purchasing the POLO MINT pack Rs.10(net quantity: 24g) and sending in their entries within the program period described above.

d) Nestlé India / Agency reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Program Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

How to Participate for Polo Contest?

To participate in the Program, Participants are required to send an SMS:

** Winners will receive an SMS with participation confirmation.
** Randomizer will select 1 lucky winner every hour and the SMS will be sent to them with the Spotify 12M voucher code.

Tamil Nadu region – How to participate steps :
** As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with POLOSPOTIFYTN<SPACE>Lot No. TO 7036186000s
** For TN users, all the valid entries will receive a SMS with a question to answer.
** Participants will have to answer the question.

-The top 10 winners will be selected based on the uniqueness & creativity of the answer & will be eligible to win the Spotify 12M subscription code.
** Eligibility of participants shall be subject to fulfilment of all terms and conditions of the Program.

** The code will be shared via SMS to each eligible participant based on Valid Lot No. and mobile number.
** Nestlé India Ltd. and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

Program Period of Nestle Polo Contest

The Program shall start from” at “8:00AM” on 20-September 2023 and conclude on 19-Oct-2023 at “11:59PM”. (The period inclusive of both dates shall be referred to as ‘Term’).

Any entry for the program before or after the term of the program as described above shall not be entertained and summarily be rejected. Participation timings are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM every day, Participation outside the specified time will be considered as invalid entry. The Program is valid only in India including of Tamil Nadu.
