Contest Registration start from 20th September 2023 end on 14th October 2023.

You can create your designs in any of the following formats that you feel most comfortable with: sketches in any media/ 2D and 3D models/ illustrations or a video.

** Participants must be from India
** Irrelevant and vulgar photos will be removed and the user will be banned from the page.
** Only photos and videos with proper Pandal Design will be considered.
** Person with valid contact details and proven citizenship will only be eligible to get the prizes.
** Utkarsh India is entitled to reject any application for any reason at any point of time.
** The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable.
** In any situation, Utkarsh India can discontinue this contest or modify the rules/regulations or terms and conditions without any prior notice.
