ET Travel & Hospitality Awards 2023 is being organized by The Economic Times. The participating organization should have its registered office in India. The organization should be regulated Under Ministry of Tourism of Government of India. Last date for submitting completed application form is  10th November 2023.

Eligibility Criteria of ET Travel & Hospitality Awards

** The participating organization should have its registered office in India
** The organization who has a presence in India for at least 3 years as on December 31, 2022
** The organization should have a Website/Online Presence for verification and evaluation
** The initiative should have been implemented and impact showcased between January 01, 2021, and December 31, 2022
** The organization should be regulated Under Ministry of Tourism of Government of India
** Employees and immediate family members of the Awards Management, sponsors and partners of the Awards are not allowed to participate
** The final eligibility of the Nominees will be subject to the discretion and approval of the Jury.
** Participation in the ET Travel & Hospitality Awards, 2023 is subject to defined terms and conditions available on the website www.XXX.com

NOTE :
** The Jury and or Awards management may modify the eligibility criteria from time to time with retrospective effect, in its sole discretion without prior intimation. Participants should visit the website time to time to understand with all the changes if any and decide upon
** The Jury holds the right to disqualify any application which does not meet the eligibility criteria and background verification without conveying any reason whatsoever

How to Participate in the ET Travel & Hospitality Awards?

** To begin, please register yourself and fill in the required details
** Once registered, you can start adding entries by selecting the categories
** Each entry requires some mandatory fields, but we encourage you to fill up all the available fields to help the jury in judging the campaign.
** The entries are saved and can be edited later, so it gives you the flexibility to work and edit multiple entries
** Each applicant would be required to fill in a Self-Nomination form from the website.
** Companies applying need to be registered and operational in the Indian Market.
** Any company / organization / brand / service or technology provider related to the F&B industry can apply.
** Each applicant can apply for either one or multiple categories until it suits your business nature.
** Self-nomination forms should be sent along with the prescribed fee to Times Internet.
** Every nominee in each category will be presented to the research team for further evaluation

Categories:
Your entry write-up should comprise of two sections: Main Entry and Supporting Material.
Main Entry: Your main entry description must not exceed (400 words in each field) (Refer to form for exact questions) as a very long write-up might make it difficult for the research agency and the jury to go through the same. A crisp and to-the-point write-up would more than suffice to take this ahead. All the salient points related to the selected category should be covered in the main entry.
Supporting Material: You should separately provide any other elements, preferably brief, that supports your nomination. These may include videos/ AVs, campaigns, pictures, screenshots, etc.
Brand Logo: Submit the logo if have any.

Important Points:
** We Transfer links will not be accepted.
** Lion Box / DropBox links will not be accepted.
** Settings of Google Drive links need to be made public.
** File size should not be more than 25MB.
** The duration of video/audio should not exceed 2 minutes.
** Or a ppt which should not have more than 10 slides, jury reccomends converting ppt into pptx.
** Writeups should not exceed 400 words & should be filled in bullet points (Objective & Challenges, Originality & creativity of the idea, Strategy implementation, Message Alignment with TG, Impact)

FAQ on ET Travel & Hospitality Awards

Who can enter?
Any Travel and Tourism based businesses, operators and Travel Tech businesses can participate as long as they are registered and operate in the Indian market.

Is a brand / organisation represented by a jury member allowed to enter the competition?
Yes. the jury member(s) allowed to participate their own brands but not allowed to evalute their own entry.
Each entry will get circulated between 3-4 jury members.

What are the eligibility requirements?
The Brand needs to be registered, operational and should have presence in the Indian market.

How many entries under different categories can I submit?
You can submit as many entries as you like, and there is no restriction on the number of categories you can enter as far it matches your business model otherwise your entry get disqualified.

Is there a fee for submitting entries?
The fee is Rs 16,000 plus taxes (18% GST) per entry submitted under the Specific Categories.

Is there any discount?
A flat 10% discount of Early bird till 15th October 2023
Regular Discount:
4 to 7 Categories: 10% Discount
7 to 10 Categories- 15% Discount
10+ Categories- 20% Discount
