What is Win Audi Contest?

“Win Audi Contest” is conceptualized, organized and hosted by Universal Sportsbiz Private Limited. The Contest is run in all the WROGN exclusive brand outlets, the outlets of Shoppers Stop, and the outlets of Pantaloons selling WROGN or WROGN Active products, other than the outlets located in the state of Tamil Nadu. The Contest is applicable during the period from October 1, 2023, 00:00:01 hours to November 14, 2023, 23:59:59 hrs. The winner will be announced after the end of the Contest on November 20th, 2023.

Eligibility of Win Audi Contest

This Contest is open for participation for all customers who fulfill the following criteria:
** He/she/they must be of or above 18 years of age;
** He/she/they must be a resident of India;
** He/she/they must not be a resident (permanent/temporary) of any state/union territory within the territory of India where the offer is prohibited by applicable law;
** He/she/they must be the rightful purchaser of the product as defined below.
** He/she/they must not have been either convicted and/or prosecuted for the commission of any criminal offense nor be of an unsound mind;
** He/she/they must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order, etc., and/or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship; and
** He/she/they must be holding and presenting the voucher and original copy of the invoice which will be handed over to them at the time of purchase.
** Returning the purchased product will result in the automatic disqualification and invalidation of the participant’s entry into the offering.
** The exchange of a product means the newly generated order ID would replace the older order ID to become your unique entry into the offering.

The residents (permanent/temporary) of the state of Tamil Nadu are not entitled to participate in the Contest.

This Contest is open to all eligible customers who shop WROGN or WROGN Active products from the Eligible retail platforms (“Participant”). There is no minimum purchase value. The Participant should provide the mobile number to the billing counter for reaching him/her/them if the Participant is the winner.

The Organizer retains the right to disqualify any Participant or to take appropriate legal actions in cases where any Participant provides any incorrect information or conceals/withholds any information from the Organizer with intent to participate and/or be chosen as the winner of the Contest.

Any such act, including without limitation, incorrect declaration of information relating to name, age, identity, address, domicile, etc., by the Participant, shall entitle the Organizer to disqualify him/her without any further intimation and that the Organizer reserves its right to take appropriate legal action against any participant involved in illegal/unauthorized activity.

How to Participate in the Win Audi Contest?

By participating in this Contest, You:
** Agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned here and give Your consent for the same;
** Agree that You are entering into this Contest as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between You and USPL and You are acting voluntarily, using Your own time and resources to participate in this Contest, solely at Your own risk;
** Declare that you are not a permanent/temporary resident of Tamil Nadu;
** warrant that You have read understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions;
** warrant the accuracy, truthfulness, and currency of all information that You have submitted; and
** Warrant that before playing this Contest, it shall be deemed that You have read and have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.
** Agree to be contacted at the given mobile number to announce the winner and for all the future offers of the Organizer.

A Participant, by participating in the Contest, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her/their irrevocable consent to the process of selecting the winners under this Contest as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Contest by the Organizer including due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, its affiliates and associates or for any reason whatsoever.

If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she/they are the rightful Participant, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible winner or to forfeit the prize, at its sole discretion.

Selection Process of Win Audi Contest

The selection process of the successful winner in this Contest will be as follows:
** The winner will be selected by drawing the coupon on a random basis by the authorized representative of the Organizer in front of the designated audit team member (as appointed by the Organizer).

** If the selected winner is found to be ineligible or does not provide a timely response to the communications from the Organizer, the authorized representative of the Organizer will draw the next coupon on a random basis in front of the designated audit team member (as appointed by the Organizer).

** The winner will be contacted, by calling them on the mobile number of the winner which needs to be provided by the Participant at the time of purchasing the products. In the event the winner does not answer the calls of the Organizer, the Organizer will make 5 (five) attempts to reach out to the winner within a total interval of 5 minutes.

If the winner does not respond to the calls or does not accept the winning position on call, the next coupon drawing process will continue.

Win Audi Contest Period

** The Contest is applicable during the period from October 1, 2023, 00:00:01 hours to November 14, 2023, 23:59:59 hrs (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).
** The winner will be announced after the end of the Contest on November 20th, 2023.
