Eligibility of Kaun Banega Construction King Contest

All PROs in the vicinity of only Delhi are eligible to participate in the contest.
This special contest is exclusively available to Delhi PRO customers including professionals, builders, architects, and MROs.

How to Participate in the Kaun Banega Construction King Contest?

The Contest, titled “Kaun Banega Construction King” is schedule to start on 1st Oct 2023, at 00 :01 AM and will conclude on 31st Dec 2023, at 11:59 PM

** All PROs in the vicinity of only Delhi are eligible to participate in the contest.
** New PROs who are enrolling in October, November and December 2023 will also be eligible to participate in Kaun Banega Construction King contest and win the prizes.
** The winners will receive their prizes within 15 days from the date of announcement.

** Prizes will be announced based on the criteria mentioned in the Rules to Win and are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other Prize or item. The Organizer does not make any commitment, whether expressed or implied in relation to the quality and functionality of the Prize.

** The availability of the Prize is subject to limitations. If the mentioned gifts/Prize are not available on the nearest date or have been discontinued, we will make our best effort to provide the best possible alternate solution.

** The Organizer has the sole discretion to decide the eligibility of a PRO to participate in the Contest.
** The Organizer will bear all the costs associated with the Prize.

** The Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or other charges or consequence whatsoever arising from, or suffered or incurred by the Participants in connection with the Contest and/or the Contest Prize to the winners arising from, or in relation to, or the redemption of the Prizes, or the award of the Prizes to the winners, including any delays, that may result in the winners being unable to take the benefit of the Prize.

** This contest is organized solely by the Organizer,and the Organizer reserves the absolute and exclusive right to cancel this offer and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

** By participating in this contest, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Terms of use stated by the Organizer, as well as the Rules to Win and the Contest Terms and Conditions.

** The Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including but not limited to floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the control of Organize. Organizers shall not be held liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Contest or the Prize or the delivery of the Prize to the winner, as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

** The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with any other Prize in the event of unavailability of original Prize.

** By participating in the contest, each of the participants, including the winners, grants to Organizer an irrevocable, perpetual consent to use their name, photographs if any, provided by the participants to Organizer in connection with the Contest, at any time and on any and all media, whether currently known or developed in the future relating to advertising and promotion etc., in the form of text, articles, audio, visuals or any combination thereof.

** Failure by Organizer to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions in any manner shall not be considered a waiver of that particular Term and Condition, and shall not give rise to any claim by any Participant and/or winners against the Organizer.

** In the event of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of the Organizer, shall be final and binding on all concerned.

** Any attempt by a Participant(s) and / or a winner(s) to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest and/or practice a fraud to claim the Prize, is a violation of laws and should such an attempt be made, Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All Participants and the winners hereby indemnify Organizer, if Organizer directly or indirectly suffers any damages as a result of the participation by the Participants in the Contest and the redemption of the Prizes by the winners.

** Any disputes that may arise in connection with this Contest and/or the Contest Prize and/or the Spot Prize shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi

Prizes of Kaun Banega Construction King Contest

1st Prize (1 Maruti Fronx): Any PRO purchasing products worth Rs.2.5 crores or more and have a minimum Rs.2.5 crores worth of orders getting delivered successfully within 30 days of contest end date will be eligible to win the FIRST prize of the Kaun Banega Construction King Contest.

2nd Prize (2 Bali / Bangkok Package for 4 (pax)): Any PRO purchasing products worth Rs.1 crores or more and have a minimum Rs.1 crores worth of orders getting delivered successfully within 30 days of contest end date will be eligible to win the SECOND prize of the Kaun Banega Construction King Contest.

3rd Prize (5 Dubai / Vietnam Package (3N/4D) for 4): Any PRO purchasing products worth Rs.50 Lac or more and have a minimum Rs.50 Lac worth of orders getting delivered successfully within 30 days of contest end date will be eligible to win the THIRD prize of the Kaun Banega Construction King Contest.

Spot Prizes of Kaun Banega Construction King Contest

Spot prizes winners will also be eligible to win the Prizes as follows:
Spot Prize 1: Any Pro purchases a minimum of Rs.25 Lac worth of products during the Contest Period, and has a minimum of Rs.25 Lac worth of orders getting delivered successfully within 15 days from the month when the order was placed, will be eligible to win a 128GB iPhone 15. In case of a tie, the winners will be decided based on the first successful delivery of Rs.25 Lac order. There will be only one winner every month.

Spot Prize 2: Any Pro purchases a minimum of Rs.10 Lac worth of products during the Contest Period, and has a minimum Rs.10 Lac worth of orders getting delivered successfully within 15 days from the month when the order was placed, will be eligible to win a Samsung 55 Inch ULED. Every month during the Contest Period, 3 winners will be announced based on the Eligibility Criteria. In case of a tie, the winners will be decided based on the first successful delivery of Rs.10 Lac Order.

Spot Prize 3: Any Pro purchases a minimum of Rs.5 Lac worth of products during the Contest Period and minimum Rs.10 Lac of orders getting delivered successfully within 15 days from the month when order was placed, will be eligible to win a Whirlpool 240 L Frost Free Multi-Door Refrigerator. Every month during the Contest Period, 4 winners will be announced based on the Eligibility Criteria. In case of a tie, the winners will be decided based on the first successful delivery of Rs.5 Lac Order.

Consolation Prize : Any Pro purchases a minimum of Rs. 2 Lac worth of products and getting delivered successfully within 15 days from the end date of contest will be eligible to win a boAt Aavante Bar 1160 60 Watt 2.0 Channel Wireless Bluetooth Soundbar. Top 21 Pros in this category will get the prizes based on the highest investment received.

Note 1: Participants who win spot prizes or are among the top three winners will not be eligible to win the consolation prizes.
