Eligibility of Saregama Hum Bhojpuri Superstar

The Contest is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India residing in India are not eligible to participate.

2. Participants can submit audios or audio-videos.
3. The participants should not have any anticipated or actual criminal proceedings.
4. The participants shall be bound by the terms and conditions as mentioned herein.

Participants shall not post any profanity or abusive comments on the Saregama’s social media pages, including but not limited to Instagram page/Facebook page/YouTube page, etc., or in any other manner. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted on foregoing pages, such participants shall be disqualified forthwith and Saregama reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action against such participant and/or user.
6. Submissions for entries for the Contest are open from 1st October 2023 to 30th November, 2023. No entries shall be permitted after the said end date and/or time. Saregama shall declare the winner/s in January 2024, at Saregama’s sole discretion.

Terms and Conditions of Saregama Hum Bhojpuri Superstar

The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”/ “Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to the Contest conducted by Saregama India Limited (“Saregama”) for “Saregama Hum Bhojpuri Superstar” and shall function in a manner as specified hereinafter,
1. The final winners shall get exciting prizes and/or opportunities from Saregama, subject to fulfilment of the rules stated herein.

2. Participants agree, confirm and warrant that he/she shall have no right, title, interest or other claim whatsoever over the performance/work/photos/videos for the submissions made and the copyright in the same shall vest with Saregama in perpetuity for the entire world.

3. The Contest may be discontinued or terminated by Saregama at any point of time without assigning any reason thereof. These T&Cs and the Contest shall be governed by the laws of India. The participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Kolkata, India as regards any claims or matters arising under these terms & conditions.
