What is MyCuteBaby Photo Contest?

Photo Contest 2023 is organized by MycuteBaby. All entrants must be under 12 years old on the date they are entered. Top 100 Participants will be rewarded with prizes worth ₹45,000(gift hampers & amazon shopping voucher), check rank wise prize list for more details. Participation certificate for all the participants whose mycutebaby votes are more than 1000. Registration For MyCute Baby October Contest (October 2023) Are Open Till 31/10/2023.

Entry Requirements of MyCuteBaby Photo Contest

** You must be a registered member of the MycuteBaby website to enter the competition (www.MycuteBaby.in). To enter the competition, you must be fill the Registration form with valid Details . You must upload a photo to the website using the service provided at the with registration form.

** By uploading a photo you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and your child’s profile will be available to view online. All submissions for entries to the MycuteBaby.in Promotion must be supported by explicit permission of a parent or guardian over 18 years of age of that child to allow reproduction of the image on the website.

** Entrants must hold all rights for visual content uploaded as image owner (parent/guardian) or by holding written consent provided to you by the owner (eg: a professional photographer).
** All entrants must be under 12 years old on the date they are entered.
** Entrants must ensure minors are clothed in any photographs provided.
** No entry may contain defamatory content, including but not limited to, images, words or symbols that are widely viewed as offensive to persons of a certain ethnic, religious, racial, sexual – orientated or socioeconomic group.
** Only one entry per person per competition will be eligibility for prizes.

** The mycutebaby competition will run monthly and the dates for competitions follow the calendar months. Only electronic entry forms received by the closing date will be submitted to the competition. The Promoter shall be under no obligation to include your entry in the competition and shall incur no liability for emails that are late or go astray.

How to Participate in the MyCuteBaby Photo Contest?

** It’s a free contest , entries are open for all Kid’s up to 12 years old.
** You may participate in as many contests as you wish!
** you can vote Every 30 minutes for any participant without any daily or monthly limit.
** You can vote Every 30 minutes from the same INTERNET connection or from the same account.
** When a participant places 1st-3rd in a contest, he/she is not allowed to participate in another contest for next 3 months.
** Only 3 winners will be allowed in top 3 from a family/common voters for a six months span period, any other entry will not be eligible & will be disqualified & will be removed from result on final result processing.
** If any of the top 3 contestants shares more than 60% of the voters with any of the top 5 contestants in the last 6 months then entry will be removed, this restriction is being imposed to reduce the number of winners from the same circle/group/Neighborhood of people.
** If there is already high numbers of winners (Top 3) from same location, specific part of country(city/district/village) then entry will be removed.

Winner Criteria of MyCuteBaby Photo Contest

** Only Internet users and members have the possibility to vote for the Participants of their choice As It’s an online competition .
** Winners will be Selected on Basis of Final votes . Participants having obtained the maximum number of Final Votes will be considered winners of the contest. In case of an equal number of votes among the winners, the prize will be decided by a draw.
final votes will be counted as follow :
**  Final Votes = Mycutebaby Votes + (Facebook Likes & Shares /5)
**  Winners will be announced online on the “Result” , “Winners” page on the website mycutebaby.in at the end of each contest.

** visitors can register their vote by clicking on Tap to Vote button or by liking/sharing entry on facebook ..
** there will be a limit on facebook likes we’ll count and facebook likes and share will be converted into votes as per contest rules for that month ..
** Any votes registered outside the announced voting times, which will be listed online, will not count.
** This is a free competition and the prize will be there but the value of prize can vary from month to month. mycutebaby.in reserves all the right to increase and decrease the value of prize.
** user can register their votes at mycutebaby.in using facebook account when required or anonymously .
** If, for any reason, the online voting system fails, the vote may be suspended or a contingency plan may be actioned.
** mycutebaby.in reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend this event at any time.
** mycutebaby.in cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any on-line system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
** Please note that any mycutebaby.in staff member or anyone who is directly connected in any way with the production of the program is not eligible to vote or participate.

** voting using facebook profile of someone else or with multiple facebook profile is prohibited. this may lead to elimination .
** Please note that by clicking the vote link cookies/facebook id /email/IP address may be used , to ensure the vote is conducted in a robust and rigorous manner. Such use is in accordance with the mycutebaby.in ‘s Cookie Policy
** Multiple Devices connected to same wifi, hostpot, broadband connection will be considered as one when voting.
** and the Voting Timers for next vote will be defined by your last vote time based on IP/Session/cookies/email/Facebok ID
** Participants found voting with bots or some other automation will be disqualified from final result and contest.
** In a situations due to any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem anyone able to cast more votes then permitted for any particular IP or E-mail/Facebok id then mycutebaby.in reserve all the right to remove all extra votes*(votes found more then the permitted count as per contest rules for that month) will be removed from final result.
** *for example any user can cast a vote every 30 minute from a single facebook profile.which means a profile can have max 48 votes in 24 hours and due to any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem someone was able to cast more then 48, in that period of time then all extra votes then 48 will be remove from contest .
** Participants having acquired a high number of votes via vote exchange websites / groups or proxy server may be bloked without prior notice
** Participants found to be creating multiple Facebook accounts to vote for an entry may be blocked without prior notice.
** in most cases all votes from fake facebook profile will be removed from contest while preparing final result but in some situations any participant found getting votes from multiple fake profiles will be disqualified from final result and contest
** votes from Any facebook profile created after contest join date(of participant they are voting) and used for sole purpose of voting , will not be counted in final.
