What is Samsung Lucky Contest?

Lucky Contest 2023 is sponsored by Samsung. Offer valid for Indian Citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above. Offer shall be valid in the territory of Mumbai & Goa only on purchases made from ‘any mobile phone selling outlet’ located within the territory of Mumbai & Goa only. Offer shall be valid from 15th October, 2023 to 15th November, 2023.

Eligibility of Lucky Contest

** Offer valid for Indian Citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees & family members of Samsung & its affiliates/associate/subsidiary companies & their dealers/distributors/retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies & event management companies.

** Offer shall be valid in the territory of Mumbai & Goa only on purchases made from ‘any mobile phone selling outlet’ located within the territory of Mumbai & Goa only, (hereinafter referred to as “Outlet”).

How to Participate in the Lucky Contest

** Offer shall be applicable on all Samsung Galaxy Smartphones phone priced above Rs.10,000/- on MOP i.e. Market Operating Price (“Product”).

** Any customer who purchases the Product will be eligible to scan a QR code available at all Mobile phone selling stores and enter the lucky draw promotion. Customer needs to enter his Name, Product model, Mobile number, IMEI number of Product purchased and purchase Invoice number received from the store as mentioned above.

Prizes of Lucky Contest

**  There shall be a total of 166 N (ONE HUNDRED SITY SIX) lucky draw winners who shall be selected out of the entries received during the Offer Period post QR code scanned and feeding the required fields.

The details are as under:
**  Daily Lucky draw – There shall be 5N Daily lucky winners for the day, which will go for THIRTY TWO (32) days consecutively, totaling to 160 N (ONE HUNDRED SIXTY) daily winners during the Offer Period.

** The Daily lucky draw winner shall be eligible to win a one unit of Galaxy A03 core (2/32 GB) as a prize. Daily lucky draw winners will be selected by randomizer run on the received customer data from the QR code scanned on that day. The winners for the Daily lucky draw for a particular day shall be announced after 04 days from the day of draw.

** In case the same customer participates with same IMEI number for another day during the Offer Period, then in that case it needs to be a new IMEI purchase and not the one (he/she) is already participated with.

** Weekly Lucky Draw – There shall be 5N (FIVE) WEEKLY lucky draw winners who will be selected out of the total number of entries received during the Offer Period and will be eligible to win 01 unit of Galaxy A54(8/128) as a prize. The Weekly winners will be announced after 4 days post the campaign end date. Any Daily Lucky draw winner will not be a part of Weekly Lucky Draw Winner. Daily Prize winner will not be a part of Weekly Prizes and Bumper Prizes.

Week 2 – 22nd October 2023 ~ 28th October 2023
Week 3 – 29th October ~ 4th November 2023
Week 4 – 5th November ~ 11th November 2023
Week 5 – 12th November ~ 15th November 2023

** Bumper Lucky Draw – There shall be 1 N (One) Bumper lucky draw winner who will be selected out of the total number of entries received during the Offer Period and will be eligible to win 01 unit of Galaxy S23 Ultra (12/256 GB). The Bumper winner will be announced after 7 days post the campaign end date. Any Daily /Weekly Lucky draw winner will not be a part of Bumper Lucky Draw Winner.

** Prize (i.e. Samsung Galaxy A03 core (2/32 GB variant), Galaxy A54(8/128) and Galaxy S23 Ultra (12/256 GB) won under this Offer cannot be exchanged with any other product or item, is non-transferable & cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.

** Choice of color and variant shall be solely at the discretion of Samsung.

** All Products shall be given on “As Is” basis and as per stocks availability. Samsung shall not be responsible for non-availability of any Product or accessory due to various reasons like climatic conditions, pandemic, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational & technical issues or any other force majeure conditions etc. as determined at the sole discretion of Samsung.

** Winners will be eligible to receive a “Prize” from Samsung on submission of the relevant information/documents being copy of PAN Card (Self attested), Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of Driving License or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self attested), Address proof: Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (shouldn’t be more than 06 months old) (Self attested) along with the Purchase Invoice of the Product in the manner and within such time period as provided in the email which shall be sent to him/her informing about the results. Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other information as it deem fit, in relation to giving the Prize.

Winners shall be announced by Samsung or its authorized third party agency. Winners shall also be informed through email/phone number.

** Prize(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Samsung and shall be on As Is basis and winners will have to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to GST or any other statutory tax or levy. The Winner is solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance of Prize and Samsung or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.

** The applicable taxes (if any) will be informed to the Winner through email/DM and he/she shall be required to pay the same in the form of DD in the name of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. payable at Mumbai.
