What is Cadbury Madbury Duet Activation Campaign?

Cadbury Madbury Duet Activation Campaign 2023 is organized by Mondelez India Foods Private Limited. Should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India. Enter the voucher code, name, email ID, and mobile number, and click submit to receive an OTP. Enter the OTP received via SMS on the website and submit to proceed. Select your mode of cashback (NEFT/UPI/E-wallet) and proceed to enter the required details. This Campaign will end on 25th December 2023.

Eligibility of Cadbury Madbury Duet Activation Campaign

1. You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
1.1. You need to be a natural person;
1.2. You should be an individual legal resident and citizen of the Republic of India;
1.3. You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
1.4. You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India. All who fulfil the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign shall individually be considered and referred to as “Participant” and collectively “Participants” for the purpose of these T&Cs.

2. Our and/or Campaign Partners and/or Campaign Partner employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our/their affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.

3. The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, State and local laws and regulations in India. The Campaign may at any time at the sole discretion of Mondelēz be terminated/ cancelled/amended/suspended for any reasons without providing any prior notice to the Participants. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

Period of Cadbury Madbury Duet Activation Campaign

** This Campaign will commence from 00:01 a.m. on 1st October 2023 and end at 11:59 p.m. on 25th December 2023 on the Website, from 00:01 am on 9th October 2023 to 11.59pm on 25th December 2023 on Jio Engage and Paytm (“Campaign Period”).

** Any entries before or after the Campaign Period will not be considered. We reserve our right to cancel/modify/extend the Campaign Period or the T&Cs applicable to this Campaign without giving any prior notice to You. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

** You must comply with and satisfy all the required criteria to be entitled to participate in the Campaign including complying with meeting all eligibility and pre-conditions to win a Prize as set out in these T&Cs.

** Any breach of these T&Cs including without limitation any default or failure on Your part to comply with any conditions and requirements, relating to winning a Prize or participating in the Campaign may disqualify You from the Campaign or from winning a Prize.

How to Participate in the Cadbury Madbury Duet Activation Campaign?

Participation in this Campaign can be done either by visiting madbury.in, or JioEngage (defined below) or Paytm.. For the purpose of participation in the Campaign through Jio Engage, Mondelez has engaged with Jio Platforms Limited (“JPL”), to organize and run the Campaign which shall be hosted on Jio Engage application.

Entries through Website

In order to be eligible for the Campaign, during the Campaign Entry Period, You must log on to the Website and create Your own Cadbury Dairy Milk bar concept by selecting from the list of ingredients available at the “Make My Madbury” page on the Website in the manner as provided in Clause 4 below.

ENTRY THROUGH Jio Engage

i. Participants who do not have the My Jio application installed on their phone will have to download it from the Android Play Store/ Apple Store, as applicable and data charges and expenses of the same will be borne by the Participant. Jio mobile SIM customers (users) will be automatically logged into My Jio application.

Non-Jio users will have to complete the registration through an OTP process after downloading the My Jio App. OTP is generated as soon as you submit your mobile number. In case it is not received, please check the number you have entered and click the ‘Re-send’ button.

ii. The Participants can also participate through the smartphone browser.
iii. If you have seen the notifications/ advertisement or otherwise come across the Campaign banner on JioEngage or JioTV application, you are required to click on the banner which will lead to the Campaign page under JioEngage on My Jio application (“Banner”).

iv. The Campaign is also available on JioTV. Participants should either use their Jio ID and password (“Jio User Account”) to access the JioTV or alternatively use mobile number registered with telecommunication services of RJIL. On logging in, such Participant will be redirected to the Campaign under JioEngage tab of JioTV for participating.

v. You will see a visual of loading screen where you are required to submit your name, email ID and mobile number. The screen has a check box to accept these T&Cs and Privacy Notice and confirmation to receive promotional communications from Mondelēz. Select that check box to move ahead.

vi. Participants successfully submitting their entry during the Campaign Period would be eligible to win Prizes mentioned in these T&Cs.

vii. The screen has a check box to accept these T&Cs and Privacy Notice and confirmation to receive promotional communications from Mondelēz . Select that check box to move ahead. On submission of the abovementioned information of the Participant, the Participant is paired up with a co-creator of his/her choice or via auto selection.

viii. After accepting these T&Cs, Participants can create their own Cadbury Dairy Milk Bar concept (“Cadbury Invention”) by selecting an ingredient of their choice available on the Campaign along with a co-creator as provided in Clause 4 below and name of the bar . The ingredient so chosen by the Participant is the ingredient that the Participant would want to be present in their Cadbury Dairy Milk bar.

Entry through Paytm

i. Participants who do not have the Paytm app installed on their phone will have to download it from the Android Play Store/ Apple Store, as applicable and data charges and expenses of the same will be borne by the Participant.
ii. Participant must be having an active wallet for getting the cashback.
iii. To Participate in the Campaign, the Participant is required to, at his/her sole discretion, click on the promotion banner on the Paytm homepage during the Campaign Period.

iv. On clicking the banner, the participant will be led to a campaign page within the Paytm App. The participant will see a loading screen followed by a “Make my Madbury” screen the Participant is expected to click on that. Following which the Participant is asked to choose a category and then an ingredient within that category.

v. The ingredient so chosen by the Participant is the ingredient that the Participant would want to be present in their Cadbury Dairy Milk bar.

vi. The Participant then lands on the registration screen where they are asked to enter details about themselves (Name, email id, contact number, state, reason for selection of the ingredient) . Post submission of these details and acceptance of T&C the Participant is paired up with a co-creator as provided in Clause 4 below.

vii. The participant is then required to name their creation and submit the form.
viii. Participants successfully submitting their entry during the Campaign Period would be eligible to win Prizes mentioned in these T&Cs.
ix. Once user submit the created chocolate, user gets eligible for a cashback/Movie ticket voucher /Flight Ticket voucher (subject to availability)

x. For bumper reward, user needs to create multiple Madbury combination and submit the final combination. For every combination user gets 100 points. User who submits the maximum combination wins the bumper reward (Leader board winner defined as participant who has scored maximum points during the campaign duration ) of Rs. 10000 Paytm cashback.

Prizes of Cadbury Madbury Duet Activation Campaign

Participants shall be eligible to win the following Prizes
(i) A minimum of one entry will be announced whose Co Creation Team of Cadbury Dairy Milk bar will be featured as limited-edition pack launch in the India market. Name of the winning Participant and co-creator will also be featured on the product packaging at the time of launch of the bar.

(ii) Additional Prizes:
(a) For entries through Website: The Participants participating through Website will stand a chance to win the following prizes during the campaign which can be redeemed on madburyrewards.com

i. A Participant who completes the entire user journey and submits his details on the Mondelez website will be stand a chance win one of the above-mentioned Prizes which are allocated on a random basis. .
ii. All Participants will be eligible to win only one of the above Additional Prizes during the Campaign Period
iii. Mondelez may determine the Eligible Participants for the Prize each day and award any one of the above Additional Prizes;

For entries through Jio Engage App:
i. Participants shall stand a chance to win the following Prizes (“Jio Engage Prizes”):
a. All Participants shall stand a chance to win Jio Data made available by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL) and shall be provided on a first come first serve subject to the overall cap mentioned below. In addition to these, Participants who have submitted maximum number of entries shall stand the chance to win a Bumper Prize

b. The Prizes will be distributed in the following manner:

d. For the Prizes on submission of recipes at Milestone 2, a Participant can submit multiple recipe entries , however, he/she will be eligible to claim the Prize only two times during the Campaign Period
e. Mondelez may determine the eligible Participants for the Prize each day on first come first serve basis and award any one of the above Prizes. Mondelez reserves the right to determine any number of Eligible Participants at its sole discretion without any prior intimation;
f. All Prizes will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under “Prizes” section of the Campaign
g. Non-Jio users will not be eligible to claim Jio recharge vouchers. Participants who are not active subscribers of telecommunication services being provided by RJIL shall not be eligible to claim the data prizes made available by JioEngage.

For entries through Paytm:
Prizes under the Campaign include a chance to win 680,000 cashback and vouchers (“Discount Prize”) and one Rs.10000 cashback on Paytm (“Grand Prize for Leader board winner”).
