What is KredX Cashback, Spin the Wheel Contest?

Muhurat Day Cashback, Spin the Wheel Contest 2023 is sponsored by KredX Finance Private Limited. Age must be 18 (eighteen) years or above. Enter the Contest page by clicking on the banner/widget which appears on the Dashboard or the Muhurat Trading Menu on the Platform. The Contest period shall be held from 14th October, 2023 to 7th November, 2023.

Eligibility of Cashback, Spin the Wheel Contest

To participate in the Contest, a Participant must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
** Age must be 18 (eighteen) years or above;
** Must have a valid registered account on the Platform and log into the same;
** New Investors shall register themselves on the Platform and upon authentication, log into the account on or during the Contest Period;
** Enter the Contest page by clicking on the banner/widget which appears on the Dashboard or the Muhurat Trading Menu on the Platform;

Cashback Contest

** Scratch Cards (Offer valid from 14th October – 4th November 2023)

** Eligible Participants shall receive a Scratch Card having inherent value of a Cashback amount ranging from INR 250 to INR 500. Scratch card shall be valid till 04th November 2023. The Cashback amount in the Scratch Card shall only be credited in the KredX wallet of the Participant within 7 (Seven) days from the date of scratching the Scratch Card.

** Participant acknowledges that he / she shall not be liable for any Cashback in case he/ she is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these T&Cs.
** Participant acknowledges that the Cashback earned by him/her and credited to the KredX wallet, cannot be (i) converted into physical/digital currency; (ii) transferred to any bank account, (iii) transferred to any other Wallet; and (iv) cannot be withdrawn as cash.
** Coupons (Offer valid on 7th November, 2023)

** Participants who successfully make their first investment on the Muhurat Day shall be eligible for a Cashback Coupon amount of an assured value of INR 1000. The Cashback amount in the Coupons shall be credited in the KredX wallet of the Participant within 7 (Seven) days from the Muhurat Day.

Spin the Wheel Contest

** Offer valid from 25th October- 7th November 2023
** Participants will get 2 (Two) free spins per day. Additionally, Participants will be entitled for additional spin each, for every deal investment made on the Muhurat Day

** Participants who use the spins following the spin of the wheel policy, have a chance to win a reward if the spinner stops spinning and lands on the segment of the wheel indicating they are eligible to win a reward and the final winner for that reward will be decided through a lucky draw scheduled to take place at a day after 7th November 2023 (“Muhurat Day”)

** All rewards for all winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Leaderboard Contest

** Offer end on 7th November 2023
** The Leaderboard is open to those eligible Participants who invest on Muhurat Day.
** Subject to the Participant investing on the Muhurat Day as per the terms stated herein, the Participant will have to enter the Contest page by clicking on the banner/widget which appears on the homepage or the Muhurat Trading Menu on the Platform. All Participants are subject to a review for eligibility by KredX.
** Total of 10 (Ten) Investors who are ranked as Top 10 in the leaderboard will be eligible to earn the rewards as mentioned on the Muhurat Trading Tab.
** The Leaderboard shall be updated every 1 (one) hour 1 (one) minute on the Muhurat Day at the following time stamps: 11:11 (Start of Contest), 12:12, 13:13, 14:14, 15:15, 16:16, 17:17, 18:18 (in the 24-hour format).

Lucky Draw Contest

** The Lucky draw will be conducted on a day decided by KredX after the Muhurat Day.
** The winners of Lucky Draw will be selected on a random basis by virtue of a Lucky Draw that will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner which shall include a reserve list also.

** The winners of the lucky draw will be intimated by KredX through a phone call to their registered mobile number and an email which will be sent to their registered email address for their confirmation to claim the eligible rewards.

** Once KredX receives a confirmation on email by the winners along with a copy of a government identity card (inter alia Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, and Driving License) of the winner(s) confirming their details and address, KredX shall provide the reward to those eligible winners.

** KredX will make a maximum of 3 (Three) attempts to contact the winner in order to claim the rewards.

** In the event the winner of a reward fails to respond to the email sent by KredX within a period of 3 (Three) months from the date of last email communication or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these T&Cs, the winners will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim the prize and consequently the next winner in the reserve list will be eligible to claim the prize.

** KredX responsibility, therefore, is limited to informing the winners by email about the prize that has been won by them and KredX is not liable to send any follow-up emails to the winners.

How to Participate in the Cashback, Spin the Wheel?

** The Contest period shall be held from 14th October, 2023 12:00 AM to 7th November, 2023 18:18 PM, 7th November being the “Muhurat Day”.
** Enter the Contest page by clicking on the banner/widget which appears on the Dashboard or the Muhurat Trading Menu on the Platform;
** Rewards must be redeemed within 3 (three) months from the date of intimation to the registered email ID by a Participant.

** Participant acknowledges and confirms that he/she is aware of the nature of telecommunications/internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. The Participant agrees to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and KredX shall not be responsible in any manner.

** Winners of the contest will be selected on the basis of a lucky draw which shall take place after the Muhurat Day.

** The rewards will be limited to a cash equivalent Voucher which can be redeemed towards booking hotel stay and flight tickets. The Participants shall be bound by the additional terms if any, stipulated by the third-party service provider who will be issuing the Voucher. Any additional expenses incurred by the winner during the trip will not be paid by KredX.

** The Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorized activity, it can be reported to the third-party service provider.
** The Vouchers are denominated in Indian currency (INR). Any usage for booking hotels or tickets for various travel options outside India might result in currency conversion rates as applicable at the time of such usage.
** The Vouchers can be redeemed only through the website of the third-party service provider issuing the vouchers.
** The Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers.
