Eligibility of Kingston Festive Bonanza

** This promotion is valid for permanent residents of India only.
** This promotion is applicable in all the states of India other than Tamil Nadu.
** Must be of at least 18 years of age
** This offer is not open for anybody employed with Kingston Technology Far East Corp or Kingston Technology India.

How to Participate in the Kingston Festive Bonanza?

** Promotion commences on 23rd October 2023 and closes on 31st December 2023 (“Promotional Period”). To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, make a purchase of eligible product(s) from participating partners; register and submit required information via online redemption form on or before 4th January 2024.
** Only the purchases made during the promotion period will be valid for the lucky draw.
** By participating in the lucky draw activity, participants give their consent to the unconditional use of the information submitted in the registration form for the purpose of promoting Kingston sales and marketing activities.
** Only one entry per invoice will be permitted. Duplication will be nullified. Original copy of the invoice to be presented at the time of claiming the prizes.

Prizes of Kingston Festive Bonanza

** Winners will be announced via Kingston’s official Facebook account (@KingstonIndia) & Instagram story (@Kingston_india) on the following dates. Winners will receive confirmation email on the email id mentioned in the registration form.
Weekly Prize:Oct-30, Nov-6, Nov-13, Nov-20, Nov-27, Dec-4, Dec-11, Dec-18, Dec-25, 2024-Jan-3
Grand Prize: Dec-4, 2024-Jan-3

** The winners must confirm within 1 week after the prize announcement date by a return email. If the time limit is passed, it will be considered as a waiver and the prize will not be processed.
** The prize will be delivered to the winner within 4-6 weeks after the winner confirms the same by return email to the team.

** These T&C do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement/offer you may have with Kingston Technology Far East Corp for products, services or otherwise.
** Your participation in this promotion confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any such changes or modifications.
** In the event that any participant is disqualified from the lucky draws, the decision, whether or not the next participant is selected, is at Kingston’s sole discretion. In case of selecting the next participant, it will be selected on the same criteria as the previous participant and is subject to the same terms and conditions.
** None of the prizes can be exchanged or redeemed for money or any other items. Where necessary, Kingston reserves the right to change any prize for the same amount without notice.
** Kingston is not responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
** Kingston reserves the right to disqualify a participant based on wrong information, malpractices like fake invoices, buying non-Kingston products, etc.
** Kingston Technology Far East Corp will not be accountable for any clauses/ conditions/ taxes levied upon by the 3rd Party Collaborators.
** Kingston Technology Far East Corp will not be responsible for any damaged product (prizes), guarantee or warranty of any product (prizes).
** Lucky draws will be purely computer-generated and Kingston Technology Far East Corp will not have any role/ personal interest in picking the winners.
