What is WD-40 Restore Don’t Replace Challenge?
Restore Don’t Replace Challenge Contest 2023 is organized by WD-40 Company. The contest is open to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. ** To enter the contest, participants must take high-quality photos or create a short video featuring their customized product involving a home renovation. The grand prize winner will receive a Sony Bravia 55” 4K smart tv. Last Date of Contest is 30th November, 2023.
Eligibility of Restore Don’t Replace Challenge
** The contest is open to legal residents of India who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
** Employees and immediate family members of the organizing Company (as defined below) and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
** By entering this contest all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
Contest Period of Restore Don’t Replace Challenge
The contest begins on 1st August, 2023 at 12:00 AM IST and ends on 30th November,2023 at 11:59 PM IST (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered (“Competition Period”).
How to Enter in the Restore Don’t Replace Challenge?
** To enter the contest, participants must take high-quality photos or create a short video (no longer than 2 minutes) featuring their customized product involving a home renovation. There will only be 1 entry per person.
** The submissions must also be uploaded on the designated page link you will receive an email confirmation confirming your entry has been successfully submitted.
** Submissions can also be shared on social media (Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter) using the designated contest hashtag and by tagging the official account of the Wd40 India.
** Bulk entries or entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are not permitted
Content Guidelines of Restore Don’t Replace Challenge
** Entries must be original and not infringe upon any third-party rights and not be in breach of the Terms and Conditions mentioned here.
** Submissions should showcase the product and highlight its unique features and usage.
** Photos or videos should be clear, well-composed, and free from explicit, offensive, unlawful, defamatory and derogatory content to any person.
** Entries that do not comply with these guidelines or contain inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Rights Granted :
By entering the contest, participants grant the organizing company and the WD-40 Company group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute their submitted content for promotional purposes related to the contest or the organizing company’s marketing efforts. The participant(s) do not have the right to grant or permit any other third party the right to use the entry for marketing, promotional or other commercial purposes and use.
Judging & Winner Selection of Restore Don’t Replace Challenge
** Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified individuals based on creativity, visual appeal, personalization, and the story behind the content
** The Company’s decision on the selection of winners and runners-up is final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon entrant fulfilling all the requirements of and all terms and conditions provided herein.
** Winners will be notified through direct message or comment on their submission post and must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. In the event that the Company is unable to contact a winner within 3 working days of the relevant draw, the Company reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
Prizes of Restore Don’t Replace Challenge
** The grand prize winner will receive a Sony Bravia 55” 4K smart tv.
** Runner-up prizes may include custom product vouchers or discounts.
** Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
** The Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if the original prize is not available.
** All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
** The Company reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence) and disqualify and entry if not in accordance with these terms and conditions or in the Company’s opinion is, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants, fans of the Company or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.
