Eligibility of ACKO Change Maker Of The Match Contest

Only Indian residents who are of age 18 or above at the time of entering the Contest are eligible to participate in the Contest.
Note:We encourage participants to be fair and not to have more than 2 entries to ensure the chances of winning are high.

How to Participate in the ACKO Change Maker Of The Match Contest?

To enter ACKO Change Maker Of The Match contest:

Prizes of ACKO Change Maker Of The Match Contest

6 winners will get a jersey for every “home match” of an ACKO sponsored team.Home match – In a fixture taking place as Team A vs Team B- “Team A” is the home team.3 winners will be chosen from Twitter and 3 from Instagram.

Results will be announced after every ISL match or such other date as ACKO may decide. All the merchandise and prizes will be distributed after the ISL 23/24 Season finishes.

Terms & Conditions of ACKO Change Maker Of The Match Contest

1. Contest will begin on the matchday after the contest creative is posted till the match begins.
2. The contest is only for Chennayin FC home matches.
3. The contest is open for everyone subject to the eligibility criteria detailed above .
4. The contest is not open for the employees, distributors, agents, vendors and suppliers of ACKO or for relatives of such employees, distributors, agents, vendors and suppliers of ACKO.

5. By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&Cs and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of ACKO to select a participant eligible for the Prizes.

Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by /ACKO to conduct further, similar or other contests in the future. By participating in this Contest, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this Contest and are of such legally permissible age.

6. Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number will automatically disqualify a participant. ACKO shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason which it may determine.

7. ACKO has the sole discretion in selecting the participants who all are eligible for prizes and no claims etc, by any third party shall be entertained in this relation thereto. Prizes are offered on ‘NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND’ basis. The Decision of ACKO shall be considered as final.

8. ACKO holds the right to publish the participants’ names or use their posts and videos for its promotional activities through any medium/channel. The Participant agrees that ACKO shall not be under any obligation, under any circumstances, to pay to the participant any money towards the usage of the posts and videos shared by the Participant.

9. ACKO reserves the right to exchange, share or provide the information relating to your personal details and information with other Group Companies of ACKO or Statutory Bodies as and when required.

10. ACKO may use third-party service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that are generally non-negotiable. ACKO may be unable to impose contractual obligations on them with respect to the measures they use to protect Personal Information. ACKO shall not be responsible for the data security measures of any third parties.
