What is SSOFTOONS Rangoli Contest?
Rangoli Contest is organized by SSOFTOONS Animation Institute. Where Every Stroke Tells a Story, Every Word Paints a Picture. All submitted artworks must be related to the Rangoli or Alpona in celebration of the Diwali Festival theme. We are holding the Rangoli Contest for anyone who lives in India. regardless of their age groups, to participate. The Artwork must be original and created solely by the participant. Participants are limited to submitting one artwork per person. Last Date of contest is 30th November 2023.

Eligibility of Rangoli Contest
We are holding the Rangoli Contest for anyone who lives in India. regardless of their age groups, to participate
Theme:
All submitted artworks must be related to the Rangoli or Alpona in celebration of the Diwali Festival theme.
Submission Period of Rangoli Contest
The competition will run from November 10th, 2023 to November 30th, 2023. Submissions will be accepted during this period only.
Entry Guidelines of Rangoli Contest
** The Artwork must be original and created solely by the participant.
** Participants are limited to submitting one artwork per person.
** The size of the image should be within 10 MB.
** Submissions must be in digital format (JPEG, PNG, BMP or any other known format. Avoid RAW images)
** Art Work should be suitable for all audiences and must not contain offensive or inappropriate content.
** The participant’s name should be used to identify their photo.
Submission Process of Rangoli Contest
** ]Participants must visit our official website https://ssoftoonsinstitute.com/ to access the submission form.
** Candidates need to send us the photo of Rangoli with themselves.
** Complete the required information, including name, age, contact details, and a brief description of the artwork.
** Upload the digital file of the artwork following the specified format.
Ownership and Usage Rights:
By submitting their Artwork, participants grant Ssoftoons a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the artwork for promotional and marketing purposes. However, the participants retain full copyright over their Photograph.
Judging & Winner Selection of Rangoli Contest
** A panel of judges appointed by Ssoftoons will evaluate the submitted Artwork based on creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall artistic quality.
** The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
** A single winner will be chosen from a single address.
Prizes of Rangoli Contest
** Top Five winners will be selected. Winners will receive Ssoftoons Trophy of Excellence.
** Competition winners’ names will be disclosed by the 5th of December. Gifts will be handed over to the winners by the middle of the month.
Publicity and Promotion: By participating in the competition, participants grant Ssoftoons the right to share their artwork on various social media platforms, attributing the artwork to the respective artists.
Disqualification: Ssoftoons reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or submits inappropriate or plagiarized content.
Changes and Updates: Ssoftoons reserves the right to make changes to the competition rules or any aspect of the event if necessary. Participants will be informed of any updates through our official website.
Liability: Ssoftoons shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions in the submission process or any other part of the event beyond its control.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
