DroomFlyingSanta Terms & Conditions:

1) ‘DroomFlyingSanta’ (‘Promotion’) is brought to you by Droom Technology Pvt. Ltd. in association with (‘Organizer’).

Contest Last Date : 23rd December 2015

2) Promotion Mechanics and Selection of Winners:
** The Promotion will run on Droom’s Facebook page and on Droom’s Twitter Page with #DroomFlyingSanta hash tag.
** The Promotion will run for a period of 4 (four) days, starting at 5.00 PM on 19th December, 2015 and shall go on till 5:00 PM on 23rd December 2015.
** To participate in the promotion participant need to Like, Share and Comment on this contest on Droom’s Facebook page and Twitter handle; install Droom’s App and Register on its website.
** Participant need to send the screenshot of their engagement (Like, Share, Comment, App Install, Website registration) through an email to contests@droom.in (participant also need to send their phone number)
** At the end of promotion period(5PM on 23rd Dec’15) best engagements will be shortlisted and through the randomiser winners will be chosen
** Four (4) winners will be chosen at the end of promotion for helicopter ride . Winners will be notified by 8 PM on 23rd Dec’15 thru email and phone call. Winner’s names will also be declared on Droom’s Facebook page
** Helicopter rides will be on 25th Dec’15 during 1PM to 3PM in four cities – Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Pune.
** Winners need to be present at the venue latest by 12:30PM on 25th Dec’15.
** Droom will only be responsible for Helicopter rides. Participants/Winners need to arrange his/her commutation to and from flying zone.

3) Droom have the sole discretion to cancel the contest at any moment, if required. Selection of winners is entirely based on Droom’s discretion and the final decision will be binding .
4) Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the ride (under the prize), for which the winner will be required to sign an indemnity in favour of Organizer. The winner shall also be solely liable to follow all rules, regulations, codes of conduct and other policies applicable to him/her during his travel and stay in flying zone.

5) People who have fear of heights and any kind of medical issue should not participate in this promotion. Droom will not be responsible for any kind of medical implication during and after the helicopter ride. Although full precaution will be taken during the ride.

6) The Promotion is valid in India from 19th December, 2015 to 23rd December, 2015 (both dates inclusive) (‘Promotion Period’). However, the Organizer may in its absolute discretion curtail or extend the Promotion Period, as it deems necessary without any liability whatsoever.

7) The Promotion is open to all Indian citizens above 18 years of age except employees and family members of the Organizers, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies (‘Participant’).
8)The Participant must have liked the Droom’s Facebook Page and followed on Twitter

9)The Organizer reserves the right at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Participants (including a Participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process in any manner whatsoever. Further all entries that have been made using inappropriate means or are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, can be cancelled at any stage of the Promotion without giving any notice to the Participant.

10) Participation is optional.
11) No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion.

12) It is clarified that only by reason of declaring the Winner(s) on Facebook page, it is neither to be construed as a guarantee on part of the Organizer of giving away the Prize to such Winner and nor would the Winner be entitled to claim it as a matter of right.

The Winner would be entitled to claim the Prize only upon successful verification of his/her identity, documents, eligibility and other conditions as laid down in the following terms and conditions:
** Within 3 (three) hours of after the end of promotion, Organizer’s team would contact the Winner for confirmation and informing him/her that he/she shall submit his/her personal details like full name, email address, residential address, along with documents (as informed by the Organizer’s team), identity proof, residence proof etc. to the Organizer.

** The data maintained with the Organizer regarding time of making the call would be construed as final and binding.  It is clarified that in case of each communication required to be made by Organizer to the Winner, as per the terms mentioned above, a maximum of 3 (three) calls will be given to the winner.

** In the event of phone call going unanswered even after 3 attempts, the Organizer shall be at liberty to forfeit the Prize in its entirety or at its sole discretion, offer the Prize to the next Winner, which also will be drawn by randomizer. The technical/manual records maintained with the Organizer would be considered final for this purpose, and no communication/request challenging the selection through randomiser would be entertained/responded to by the Organizer.

13) The winner will be allowed to ride in a helicopter for 20 minutes in the helicopter set and finalized by Organizers in the four cities mentioned. In case of bad weather or any technical issue this trip can be cancelled and organizers decision would be construed as final and binding.
