What is Weekly+ Consumption Survey?

The Weekly+ Consumption Survey is organized and executed by Big City or Coca-Cola India Private Limited (“CCIPL”) hereinafter together be referred to as “Organizers”. Participant may participate in the survey by completing all the questions related to the consumption of sparkling beverages in the questionnaire. The Survey is valid only for individuals over 18 years of age, residing in India only. Lucky winners will get voucher upto Rs. 100. The Survey is valid from 1st December 2023 to 31st January 2024.

Eligibility of Weekly+ Consumption Survey

** The Survey is valid only for individuals over 18 years of age, residing in India only. (“Participant”)
** The Survey is valid from 1st December 2023 to 31st January 2024 (“Survey Period”). Any entries received outside the Survey Period shall not be eligible for the Prize(s) and shall not be carried forward to any other Surveyal scheme ahead.

Prizes of Weekly+ Consumption Survey

i) There shall be up to three thousand (3000) winners in total (each a“Winner”) during the Survey Period. The number of Winners may be lesser depending on the number of entries received for this Survey .

ii) Individuals participating in the Survey shall get a chance to win one (1) of the following Prize in accordance with Clause 7 below:
** Swiggy vouchers worth Rs. 100
** Swiggy vouchers worth Rs. 50

iii) A Participant may participate in the Survey multiple times but is eligible to win only once under the Survey . Each Survey submission associated with a mobile number shall be valid only once.

iv) It is expressly clarified that any Entry which falls under any of the following criteria will not be considered a Valid Entry under these Terms and Conditions and will be immediately disqualified from being eligible for the Prize:
** If the survey questionnaire entries are incomplete;
** Images or posts that is not in accordance with the social media Platform (and/or Organizers) Guidelines or applicable law;
** Images or posts containing objectionable or obscene content (such as pornography, nude pictures, objectionable gestures, etc.);
** Images or posts containing offensive or inflammatory content such as swear words or content that explicitly or implicitly demonstrate discrimination based on colour, community, caste, creed, nationality etc.;
** Images or posts that contain any content that maligns The Coca-Cola Company, ORGANIZERS or any of the beverages of the brands owned by The Coca-Cola Company;
** Images or posts that contain images or references to competitors of ORGANIZERS in the background;
** Images or posts that contain politically themed images such as photographs of political leaders, party signs, symbols or logos;
** Comments accompanying the images or posts that contain any of the above content;
** Use of hashtags other than the relevant approved Survey Hashtags; or
** Any comment or image/video that contains content which violates copyright laws or the intellectual property rights of a third party.

How to Participate in the Weekly+ Consumption Survey?

To participate in the Survey , the Participant must:
** Follow the link and log in via mobile number
** Validate by sharing OTP
** Complete all questions in questionnaire of the Survey.

Steps to Redeem Swiggy Voucher :
** Open Swiggy Application or click on to Redeem now from the winning pop-up.
** Access Swiggy Money from the account section in the Swiggy App.
** You will then land on the Swiggy Money homepage.
** Click on “Add Gift Card” button, on the bottom of the page.
** Enter your 16-digit alphanumeric code with 6-digit PIN and click “Add Gift Card” button.
** Once the code will get validated, the denomination will get added to your Swiggy Money account.

Selection Criteria of Weekly+ Consumption Survey

** Three thousand (3000) Winners will be selected through computerized random selection from the pool of valid entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
** ORGANIZERS shall announce Winners immediately after completion of the questionnaire by the Participants on the platform.
** Entries that fulfil all the guidelines mentioned herein shall be considered as valid and eligible to win.
** One (1) participant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize, irrespective of the number of Entries he/she makes.
** ORGANIZERS shall not be liable for any delay or non-receipt of Prize by the Winner due to any act of third-party partners.
** Participants must redeem their Prize(s) within X the notification to prevent forfeiture.
** Any forfeiture exercised by ORGANIZERS will be binding and final on the participants.
