What is Tata Mumbai Marathon Virtual Run?

Tata Mumbai Marathon Virtual Event 2024 is organized by Tata Consultancy Services. An applicant can apply for only one of the four Virtual race categories – Marathon (42.195 km), Half Marathon (21.097 km), Open 10K (10 km) and Dream Run (5 km); multiple applications will entail all entries not being confirmed. Virtual participants who do not complete their virtual run using the TMM app will not receive a physical medal. Last Date of Registration is 8th January 2024.

Important Dates of Tata Mumbai Marathon

** Registration start date – 08th Dec 2023, 7.00 am IST
** Registration end date – 8th January 2024, 11:59 pm IST. or as soon as running places are over, whichever is earlier.
** Delivery dates for registrants registering on or before 29th December 2023:
Will receive physical bib by 14th Jan 2024.
** Delivery date for registrants registering on or after 30th December 2023:
Will receive physical bib post 21st Jan 2024-28th Feb 2024.
** Virtual Participants who have completed their virtual run using the TMM app will receive physical medal on or before 28th Feb 2024.

How to Apply for Tata Mumbai Marathon?

Individual registrants can apply Online only.

Application Guidelines

a. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned below prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications received shall be subject to the entry rules mentioned hereunder.

b. An applicant can apply for only one of the four Virtual race categories – Marathon (42.195 km), Half Marathon (21.097 km), Open 10K (10 km) and Dream Run (5 km); multiple applications will entail all entries not being confirmed. Further, an applicant must apply for the event using a single email address.

c. An applicant shall be confirmed, subject to fulfilling conditions mentioned herein, only for the race category he/she has applied for.

d. Applicants can only register via online, using this registration link and paying applicable entry fees basis the race category selected. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the event promoter, Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL).

e. Group entries:
(i) Group entries shall be accepted for the Marathon, Half Marathon, Open 10K and Dream Run categories of Virtual event. There has to be a minimum of 20 individual entries to comprise a group.
(ii) All members of the group must fulfill the minimum age eligibility of the race category.

f. Before submitting in your/your ward’s application (in case the participant is below the age of 18 years), please check if :
(i) all details marked as mandatory fields (prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form) are filled;
(ii) the requisite entry fees have been paid;
(iii) the ‘waiver’, ‘consent’ and ‘entry rules and guidelines’ have been agreed to in the application form;
(iv) the applicant meets the minimum age eligibility criteria of the race category chosen.
Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be considered for confirmation.

Note:
1) All cheques and demand drafts to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.”.
2) Also write your full name, the race category chosen and contact number on the reverse of cheque/demand draft.

Marathon :
We are reserving 1000 Marathon non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Marathon. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.

Half Marathon :
We are reserving 1000 Half Marathon non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Half Marathon. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.

Open 10K :
We are reserving 250 Open 10K non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Open 10K. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.

Dream Run (5K) :
We are reserving 250 Dream Run non-complimentary spots, each, for male and female finishers of the virtual Dream Run. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the next edition of the event only. Entry rules and guidelines will apply.
