Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following: 3 OnePlus 12 phones, 3 OnePlus 12R phones and 10 upcoming new audio products. The Contest is live from January 10th to January 23rd, 2024 (inclusive), in the Indian region.

Rules of OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest

1. Every user has 1 chance to participate.
2. You can participate in the contest from January 10th to January 23rd, 2024 (inclusive).
3. Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “Notify Me to Win Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following: 3 OnePlus 12 phones, 3 OnePlus 12R phones and 10 upcoming new audio products.
4. Sixteen (16) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants when the contest period ends.
5. The prizes will be issued as Gift Coupons to winners’ OnePlus accounts directly after winners selected and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section.
6. Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided during login (phone number or email).

Eligibility of OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
(d) You should have a valid Pan Card;
(e) Should have registered on oneplus.in;

Guideline of OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest

a) This is contest is named “OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest”.
b) Eligible users who meet above criteria can participant in the contest.
c) Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following: 3 OnePlus 12 phones, 3 OnePlus 12R phones and 10 upcoming new audio products.
d) The Contest will be hosted on oneplus.in and OnePlus Store App as per the timeline mentioned above i.e. January 10th to January 23rd, 2024 (inclusive) in the Indian region.
e) Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided during login (phone number or email).

f) By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree that OnePlus may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the contest. This processing may include contacting you via SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the contest.

g) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically be cancelled their prize.

Reward of OnePlus 12 Notify Me to Win Contest

On winning, a free coupon would be sent to the winners’ OnePlus Account directly and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section. Each coupon can only be used once. Each of the Sixteen (16) winners will receive a redemption code for a free OnePlus 12, or a free OnePlus 12R, or a free upcoming audio product.

The code will be valid for 30 days after receipt. The selected participants will automatically lose their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

Additional Terms :
Every Prize will be awarded \”AS IS\” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.

However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant’s prize will be cancelled and OnePlus shall be entitled to select another selected participant.

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, amend the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or submission of entries.

We are not responsible for:
(a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries;

(b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest;

(c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or

(d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the contest.

We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be:
(a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or mobile application;
(b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or
(c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described these T&Cs will be awarded.
