What is Wonder Ke Superstar Contest?

Wonder Ke Superstar Contest 2023-24 is organized by Wonder Cement Limited. Contractors need to be mandatorily registered with the Saathi Program of Wonder Cement Limited are eligible for the “Wonder Ke Superstar” Contest. Participant must be a citizen of India, residing within the territory of India and must be above 18 years of age. The Contest begins on 1st November 2023 and the closing date for the contest is 31st March 2024, midnight. Winner would be announced in the month of April 2024.

Period of Wonder Ke Superstar Contest

The Contest begins on 1st November 2023 and the closing date for the contest is 31st March 2024, midnight (IST) (“Contest Period”). All dates are subject to change without any notice at the discretion of the Organiser. Winner would be announced in the month of April 2024

Eligibility & Rules of Wonder Ke Superstar Contest

** Contractors need to be mandatorily registered with the Saathi Program of Wonder Cement Limited are eligible for the “Wonder Ke Superstar” Contest.

** The minimum eligibility criteria for the “Wonder Ke Superstar” Contest is lifting of 400 Bags during November + December 2023 (minimum 150 bags from 6th November 2023 to 5th December 2023 + minimum 250 bags from 6th December 2023 to 5th January 2024) or monthly lifting of 250 Bags during January 2024 (6th January 2024 to 5th February 2024) or February 2024 (6th February 2024 to 5th March 2024).

** The minimum eligibility criteria for the “Wonder Ke Superstar” Mega Lucky Draw Contest is lifting of 400 Bags during November + December 2023 (minimum 150 bags from 6th November 2023 to 5th December 2023 + minimum 250 bags from 6th December 2023 to 5th January 2024), monthly lifting of 250 Bags during January 2024 (6th January 2024 to 5th February 2024) and February 2024 (6th February 2024 to 5th March 2024) along with the minimum lifting of 1,150 bags in total for the contest duration (6th November 2023 to 5th March 2024).

** Participant must be a citizen of India, residing within the territory of India and must be above 18 years of age. Any discrepancy in this matter would lead to disqualification of the Participant. The Contest is void in the states where prohibited by law.

Entry Fee:
There is no entry fee for this Contest.

Selection Process of Wonder Ke Superstar Contest

Final Decision:
The decision to participate in the Contest is an indication of the Participant’s acceptance of the format, prizes and decisions, including selection of winners, which are final and binding. The Organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Intimation of Results:
Organizer will inform the Prize Winners via digital medium. In the event that the Prize Winners cannot be contacted or the prize winner do not acknowledge/ accept/ collect/ use their prizes within 30 days and/ or do not provide the information requested for by the Organiser within the stated timelines, the Organizer has the right to forfeit the prize and award the same prize(s) to another Participant(s) or even revoke the prize.

Prizes of Wonder Ke Superstar Contest

** The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Organizer. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Organizer’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
** Prizes will be at the discretion of the Organizer whose decision will be final and binding. Only after the process of intimation/ verification is done by the Organizer to their satisfaction.
** As part of the “Wonder Ke Superstar” Mega Lucky Draw Contest, 1 Winner will get a Car, 8 unique Winners will get a Bike and 20 unique Winners will get a Surprise Gift. The contractors with the highest bag lifting will be considered winners.

Elimination:
Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by the Participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Participant from the Contest.

Conditions for the Distribution of Prizes to Winners:
** Organizer is not responsible for any failure to contact any potential winner(s), and will not be responsible for contacting or awarding the prizes to any selected Participant(s) who does not respond to Organiser’s Message, Email or telephone calls, if any, within the time periods provided, for any reason whatsoever.

** Further, in no event shall the Organiser be held liable for a prize if it does not reach the winner or recipient for reasons beyond its control.
