2.Winners will be selected based on the cumulative likes, content originality, authentication & account verification
3.Based on the above criteria, 3 (Three) winners will be selected and each will be awarded iPhone 15.

Duration of Minmini App iPhone 15 Contest

1. The duration of the contest is from 25th January 2024 to 8th February 2024.
2. 3(Three) Winners will be notified through phone communication (Call & Message) and announced through Minmini app & our official social handles at the end of the contest.

Eligibility of Minmini App iPhone 15 Contest

1. The Competition is open to all Users of the App, irrespective of place of residence.
2. Only Users aged 18 or over are eligible to participate.
3. Eligibility requirements include an Account on Minmini, a Username, and contact number.
4. Participation in the contest is purely voluntary.
5. Minmini shall not charge any amount for participation in the contest and the sole criteria for participation and winning shall be in the manner as stipulated herein.
6. Employees of Minmini & organizations related directly to the contest are excluded from entering the Contest.

Terms and Conditions of Minmini App iPhone 15 Contest

1. This contest shall be governed by these general terms and conditions.
2. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Minmini to select a participant as the winner.
4. Nothing herein shall amount to any commitment by Minmini to conduct further, similar, or other contests in the future.
5. Minmini shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud, or other legitimate reason.

6. Minmini reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and any other rules and regulations of this contest, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability.

7. In addition to these terms & conditions, other specific terms may be imposed by Minmini from time to time to deal with any unforeseen situation.
8. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
9. Minmini reserves the right to substitute either any part or the whole prize for a similar prize of equal or greater value.

10. Subject to applicable laws, Minmini shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs, or expenses [including indirect, special, or consequential costs, expense, loss, or damage even if such costs, expenses, loss or damage which are reasonably foreseeable in connection to the contest, prize, participant, and Minmini] in connection with or arising from this contest, the redemption or use of the prizes.

11. To the extent only permitted by applicable law, Minmini reserves the right to use the winner’s image, photograph, name, and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing, or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the services of Minmini or any company within the Daily Thanthi Private Limited Group of companies without additional compensation or prior notice to the winner and all participants consent to the same.

12. Posts are to follow the Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines of Minmini and Minmini retains the sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
13. Minmini may (i) extend; or (ii) terminate or suspend the contest at any time due to circumstances beyond its control; and (iii) substitute the prize (or any part of a prize).
14. The participant hereby gives express permission to Minmini to freely distribute, reproduce, and publicly display its submissions and feedback in any publication and media, whether online or offline, without any limitations or obligations of any kind.
15. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes, differences, and/or any other matters arising out of this contest or in relation to the prize.
16. A participant who is part of the list of winners agrees to provide details sought by Minmini in relation to providing the prize.
17. Minmini will endeavor to contact the winners in and around 5-10 working days after announcing the winners.
18. If Minmini is unable to establish contact with a winner for a substantial and reasonable amount of time, Minmini reserves the right to identify another suitable winner or any other applicable substitution, at its sole discretion.
19. The decision of Minmini shall be final and binding.
