What is Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Contest?

Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Contest 2024 is organized by Viacom18 Media Private Limited in relation to Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Event. Those who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older as on the day of their participation in the Contest. The Contest is scheduled to take place from 2nd February to 20th February 2024 in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh (East and West) at such venues as maybe decided by Viacom18 at is sole discretion and shall commence from 2nd February 2024 and shall continue until 20th February 2024 or such other date as solely determined by Viacom18.

Eligibility of Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Contest

This Contest is open to the following (“Participants”):
1. Those who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older as on the day of their participation in the Contest;
2. Those who are citizens of India and hold valid proof of citizenship and a valid PAN card;
3. Those who have and are able to provide for the purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions, the requisite details as mentioned herein and/or in the Registration Forms.

** Participant(s) should accurately state all the required information, which has been asked from them for the purpose of this Contest. Any submission which is incomplete/ not fulfilled as per these Terms & Conditions shall be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest.

** The Participant(s) agrees and confirms that any information provided as part of participating in the Contest shall be their own, and the Participant(s) shall at no time submit any contact details which belong to a third party.

Procedure of Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Contest

1. The Contest shall be open to the Participant(s) who are present at the Venue(s) at the time of their participation in the Contest and sign the Registration Forms.

2. The Contest will have different skill-based competitions like quizzes, puzzles, strength exercises etc., as maybe decided by Viacom18 at its sole discretion (“Competitions”), which will be conducted by the anchor of Viacom18 (“Anchor”) present at the Venue.

3. One the basis of performance of different Participant(s) in the Competitions, Viacom18 will select such number of Participant(s) as it deems fit as “Shortlisted Participant(s)”. Among the Shortlisted Participant(s), 4(four) Participants, i.e., 1 (one) each from Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh and 2 (two) from Uttar Pradesh (East and West), will be the winners of the Contest through random selection (“Winners”) and be eligible for the Prize (as defined below).

4. The decision of Viacom18 in selection of Shortlisted Participant(s) and the Winner(s) shall be final and binding and the Participant(s) undertaken to not contest the same.

5. The Winner(s) will be declared by Viacom18 latest by 7th March 2024 through a phone call to the Winner(s) on the mobile number furnished by the Participant(s) at the time of registration in the Contest or any such mode of communication as Viacom18 may deem fit.

Prize of Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Contest

1. Each Winner(s) shall get a chance a chance to win 3(three) nights and 4(four) days trip to Mumbai along with 1(one) more person of their choice (“Trip”) on any days between 15th April 2024 to 15th May 2024 (as decided by Viacom18 at their sole discretion).

2. The details and/or any documents like flight tickets, booking details etc. with regard the Trip and/or any relevant correspondence shall be communicated by Viacom18 to the Winner(s) in the manner as deemed fit by Viacom18.

Terms & Conditions of Colors Pyaar Ki Mashaal Contest

1. Participation in the Contest is fee of cost, and Viacom shall not charge any fee/cost/monies for participation in the Contest.
2. Viacom18 reserves the right to change the Prize at any time at its discretion.

3. With regard to the Trip, the Participant(s) hereby agree that, inter-alia, the dates of the Trip, choice modes of transport, accommodation, food and beverages, places for sight-seeing (if any) and timing and schedule of every event (which shall be decided by Viacom18 at their sole discretion) included in the Trip shall be at the sole discretion of Viacom18, and the Participant(s) shall not contest or challenge or hold Viacom18 responsible or liable for any of the above, in any manner whatsoever.

4. Viacom18 reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of Viacom18 in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participant.

5. The Participant(s) agree to conduct themselves in a proper manner and not engage in, inter-alia, any inappropriate, anti- social, unruly or criminal activities or behavior, at the time of their participation in the Contest and during the Trip, and at all times and in all premises, including without limitation, the Venue(s), accommodation, sets of Viacom18, places for sight-seeing as well as during transport.

6. The Participant(s) agree to adhere to all such terms and conditions, and on account of any non-conformity to the same, Viacom18 reserves the right to disallow entry to any of the premises, including without limitation, the Colors Sets, Venue(s), accommodation etc.

7. In case the winner announcement is postponed for whatsoever reasons, Viacom18 will not be held responsible.
8. Non-conformance by the Participant(s) to any and all the Terms and Conditions herein or as set by Viacom18 from time to time will make such Participant’s participation null and void.
9. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Participant(s) to win any Prize. The result shall be final and binding upon the Participant(s), and the Participant(s) shall not contest the same.

10. The decisions of Viacom18 shall not be subject to any appeal of any nature whatsoever. By participating in the Contest, it shall be construed that the Participant(s) has waived his/her right to dispute Contest and/or the Prize and/or any decision(s) made by Viacom18.

11. The Winner(s) shall not in any circumstances make any claims against Viacom18 or the Viacom18’s affiliates/entities/representatives arising out of or relating to any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation due to any technical faults or directly or indirectly, to the winner’s participation or non- participation in the Contest or any related activity.

12. During the delivery of the Prize or if any loss/damage etc. is caused/incurred, Viacom18 shall not be liable for any such loss/damage etc. Further, Viacom18 shall not be responsible or liable for any change in the Prize.

13. The Winner(s) must avail the Prize on the dates provided by Viacom18 and such dates are final and not changeable. If the Winner(s) is unable to collect it on such date, as prescribed by Vaicom18 then Viacom18 reserves the right to invalidate the Prize for such Winner(s).
