What is Protinex Premier League?

Protinex Premier League (PPL) is an internal sales contest for our on-field sales team for both the TST and HA Solutions. There are 2 types of contests which will be running in parallel from 1st February 2024 to 30th April 2024. All prizes won as part of the Protinex Premier League are subject to taxes and HRA conditions as applicable. The same prize will be awarded to all employees each month if the monthly secondary and primary targets are met. Last Date of Contest is 30th April 2024.

Type of Contest for Protinex Premier League

Monthly Contest :
Period: To be awarded at the end of each month for 3 months – 1st Feb ’24 to 30th Apr ’24
Eligibility Criteria: minimum 100% achievement of your individual monthly primary target
** Minimum 100% achievement of your individual monthly secondary target (Contest target separately given for eligibility into the contest)
** Modern Trade will have to achieve contest targets (separately given for eligibility into the contest)
Prize: Rs. 4,000
The same prize will be awarded to all employees each month if the monthly secondary and primary targets are met.

Quarterly Mega Contest :
Period: To be awarded only once – at the end of 3 months (after April ’24)
Eligibility Criteria: minimum 100% achievement of total 3 months primary and secondary targets
** Highest % achievement of 3-month secondary targets at an All-India level on the leaderboard

How many people will win?
** Monthly Contest
There is no limit on the number of winners at a monthly level. Everyone who meets their primary and secondary targets at a monthly level will receive the Rs. 4,000 prize
** Quarterly Mega Contest

** Top 33 winners

FAQ on Protinex Premier League

The sales of which brand will be considered under PPL?
** Sales of only PROTINEX portfolio (Classified under HA division) will be considered as achievement for the Protinex Premier League

Which Protinex SKUs are included in the PPL?
** Sales of ALL Protinex SKUs will be counted towards your achievement in the Protinex Premier League.
** Therefore, you may achieve your targets by selling ANY of the Protinex SKUs in ANY proportion – Rich Chocolate, Creamy Vanilla, Original, Diabetes Care and Mother’s across all sizes such as 200g/250g, 400g, 750g, 1KG will be counted towards your achievement.

What is the time-period for Protinex Premier League?
** 3 months – 1st Feb ’24 to 30th Apr ‘24

Who all will be participating in the Protinex Premier League?
** All on-field employees in the TST and HA Solutions team across GT/MT/E-Comm are eligible to participate in the Protinex Premier League, including:
** TST – ASMs, SOs, RKAMs, KASOs
** HA Solutions – ANMs, NAs

What is the contest?
There are 2 types of contests which will be running in parallel from 1st Feb ’24 to 30th Apr ’24
** Monthly Contest
** Quarterly Mega Contest

Are these sales prizes a replacement to your normal monthly incentives?
No. All prizes (both monthly and quarterly) are over and above the regular incentives that you achieve each month.

What all targets will each of you receive?
** Each one of you will receive one Primary target and a separate Secondary target each month.
** These targets will be independent of ELN targets. ELN sales will not be considered as part of the Protinex Premier League

Is there a minimum threshold of target for eligibility?
** Yes. Minimum 20 L quarterly secondary (or Primary in case of MT) to be achieved to be eligible for the quarterly targets

How will the prizes be distributed in case of Pool participants?
** Each individual in the pool will receive the Rs. 4,000 monthly prize if the pool achieves its secondary and primary target for the month
** If a pool wins in the quarterly mega contest, the cash equivalent of the prize will be distributed equally among all members of that pool.

How can I utilize the Rs. 4,000 won in the monthly contest?
** Rs. 4,000 can be redeemed at any retail partner of your choice, through a special APP that has been created for the Protinex Premier League
** Some of the retail partners include: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Croma, Big Basket, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Tanishq, etc.

How can I download the Protinex Premier League app?
** Please refer to the registration manual for details of the same

PLEASE NOTE:
** All prizes won as part of the Protinex Premier League are subject to taxes and HRA conditions as applicable.

** There will be multiple stock audits conducted across distributors in India. Any individual found guilty of incorrect stock reporting will be subjected to strict actions under the organization integrity policy and will have to return any prizes won during the contest.

** The organization can change the rules of the contest or cancel it at its own discretion.
