Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. Contest is only for 5 days
2. This contest is valid for residents of India, aged 18 or above.
3. Prizes will be dispatched within 3 months from the date of announcement of winners.

5. The participants will need to answer all 5 questions to stand a chance to win. Participants are also urged to adhere to the 100 word limit for the 5th and final question. Each question will need to be answered by users in the Comments section of the respective question.
6. Only answers given by users in the Comments section of the particular question along with the contest hashtag will be considered. The answers to the first 4 questions should be correct while the 5th answer must be well written and within the word limit.
7. Only answers received between 10AM and 8PM will be valid for hourly prizes.
8. Users who have missed a question(s) can, at anytime during the week, go back to the previous questions and answer them so that they can stand a chance to win the grand prize.
9. All answers must include the hashtag #MyBuddy to be considered valid.
10. The contest will be judged by an in-house jury. The right to choose the winners rests with State Bank of India and their decision shall stand final
11. SBI reserves the right to use any participants post and name to create content.
12. Participants posting/ sharing vulgar/ obscene images shall be disqualified. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
13. The winners will be announced on the SBI official Facebook page.
14. Once the winners are announced they will have to communicate their Name, Mobile no, Email id, through Facebook Inbox, for the gratifications to be sent. Emails sent after 5 days from the announcement of result on our Facebook page will not be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
15. The Prize shall not be transferable. No request shall be entertained in this behalf.
16. Employees/ associates of State Bank of India or its group companies cannot participate in this contest.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other social media platforms.
18. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respect
19. SBI reserves the right to disqualify any of the contestants if found violating any rules without any further notice and the decision of the judges shall be final.
20. SBI reserves the right to change/ modify terms and conditions and/ or criteria of the contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
21. SBI shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft caused to the Prize(s) after it has been dispatched to the winner.
22. The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/ her identity; contact details, age, and such other information as may be required.
23. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of SBI shall be final.
