What is Nick India Motu Patlu Game Play and Win Contest?

“Scan, Play and Win Contest 2024” is sponsored and launched by Ready Roti India Private Limited, Modern Food Enterprises Private Limited and Kitty Enterprises Private Limited for its consumers and hosted by Viacom18 Media Private Limited. This contest is open and valid in the territories in India for citizens of India above the age of 4 years. This Contest shall be accessed through QR Code/ Link printed on ‘CremTreat & CremBite’ packs available in the Territory. The Winners will be contacted within 7 working days of announcement of the Winners by the Company to communicate about the Prize. Ladt Date of Contest is 30th April 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of Motu Patlu Game Play and Win Contest

** Contest Period – Starts on 10th Feb 2024, 12:00 am and will conclude on 30th April 2024, 11:59 pm (“Contest Period”).
** This Contest shall be accessed through QR Code/ Link printed on ‘CremTreat & CremBite’ packs available in the Territory.

** This contest is open and valid in the territories in India (“Territory”) for citizens of India above the age of 4 years ,be permanent resident of India having a valid proof of Indian citizenship (“Participant”) Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior unconditional consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents/guardian.

** It is made abundantly and evidently clear that such Participants are participating in the Contest with the consent and assistance of their parents/guardians.

** Accordingly, the Participants shall provide all the necessary documents/proof as required by the Company and /or Organiser, upon its request in this regard. The validity of such proof shall be determined by Company and /or Organiser at its own discretion.

** All the Terms and Conditions, Rules applicable on Participants/Shortlisted Participant/Winner shall deemed to also apply on the parents/guardians of such Participants/Shortlisted Participant/Winner.

How to Participate in the Motu Patlu Game Play and Win Contest?

Mode of Participation– Participants shall :
(i) scan the QR code available on the Products’ pack purchased by or on behalf of the Participant,
(ii)Register for the Contest by providing the Information on the Website (“Registration”) .
(iii) Play the Game by following steps on the Website and collect maximum points in the Game as per the rules of the Game.
(iv) Comply with Contest Terms and Condition and terms and conditions as may be provided by Organiser and/or Company time to time.

Winner Selection of Motu Patlu Game Play and Win Contest

** At the end of the Contest Period, from amongst the Participants who have submitted a valid Contest Entry, the Organiser shall select and shortlist 20 (twenty) Participants as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion referred to as (“ Shortlisted Participants”) , and shall be subject to Verification.

** Shortlisted Participant shall be contacted by Organiser for telephonic verification and further verification of documents at any time after the Contest Period.

** Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Organiser in this regard particularly with respect to the timelines for conducting the telephonic verification and document verification shall be final and binding and no questions shall be raised in this regard.

a) Verification:
** Before being considered and declared as a Winner, the Shortlisted Participant may be contacted anytime by Organiser either on their e-mail id/contact number provided in the Contest Entry as determined by Organiser and such contacted Shortlisted Participant shall be required to immediately provide Organiser with such information (as asked for by the Organiser (including mobile number, e-mail address, residential address etc) and also the following documents immediately upon such request by Organizers:
a) PAN card
b) Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/Passport/ permanent Driver’s License
c) copy of NOC/consent of guardian/parent
d) Birth Certificate/Identify certificate from schools
e) proof of ownership of the registered mobile/telephone number and

such other documents as may be required by the Organiser from time to time, in such manner as required by Organiser. It is hereby clarified that information and documents shall pertain to such Shortlisted Participant only and not of any other person.

b) If applicable, the parents/guardians of such Shortlisted Participant/Winner(s) shall be required to sign the release form in the format required by the Organiser, for and on behalf of the Shortlisted Participants/Winner(s).

Further, such Shortlisted Participant/Winner(s) shall be required to submit to the Organiser, a document evidencing the fact that his/her participation in the Contest was approved by and was subject to the prior unconditional consent and knowledge of the his/her, parents/guardian.

Prizes of Motu Patlu Game Play and Win Contest

Upon successful verification of the documents submitted by the Shortlisted Participant to the satisfaction of the Organiser, and completion of Verification, Organiser shall announce Winners of the Contest categorised below: Categories on 15th May 2024 or such other date as determined by Organiser at their sole discretion. (“Winner(s)”). A total of 20 (twenty) Winner(s) awarded Prizes as per the Categories.

Subject to timely co-operation by such Shortlisted Participant in Verification, the Organiser shall either communicate to the Winner of their win through email/direct message and/or may publicly announce the Winner on the Website on any other mode as solely determined by Organiser on 15th May 2024 or such other date as determined by Organiser at their sole discretion.

Shortlisted Participants/Winners hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Organiser in this regard particularly with respect to timelines for selecting and declaring the Winners (including the manner of declaring the Winners) shall be final and binding and no questions shall be raised in this regard.
