What is Original Creative Writing & Pencil Art Contest?

Original Creative Writing & Pencil Art Contest 2024 is organized by The Madhatter4children. The contest is Open all Children and Parents with Kids between the ages of 5 and 16. Paper size for artworks must be 12 inches by 8 and a half inches, pencil and charcoal are allowed. Word count for Story Writing must be minimum 1500 words. Last Date of Contest is 15th February 2024.

** Never Been Done Before By Any Agency Or Publishing House – We Bring Children’s Talent On To A Gloabal Platform Free!!

Some general terms & Conditions for interacting with this site addressing Parents and /or guardians :
1.Viewing content on The Madhatter4children website.
2. Reading publications produced by The Madhatter4children.
3.Watching online episodes of various online children’s Storytelling shows produced by The Madhatter4children.
4. The child will not email or communicate directly with the team at The Madhatter4children, without your consent and foreknowledge.
5. You will not allow the child to upload objectionable comments, graphics or picture/photographs or videos. Please read the terms related to this action in the T&C section.

How to Submit for Creative Writing & Pencil Art Contest?

** Send in a story you have written, original. nothing copied OR AI generated!
1. Must be minimum 1000 words long.
2. You can attach a drawing if you have done one for the story, but that’s not necessary.

** Send in ONLY a drawing, IT MUST BE original. nothing copied OR AI generated!
** If it’s a drawing entry, remember it must be in pencil only and in vertical format.
** All entries must include a photograph of yourself with a clear background. A note of 60 words or so written about you by one of your parents, preferably mother.
** If your work is selected by the panel of judges headed by eminent author and educationist Randhir Khare, then your work will be published in the Compendium of Original Creative Word by Children 2024.
** Last date for registration 15th February 2024

Read this very carefully before you select which contest you want to take part in.
As promised here we are with a grand new CONTEST OF ALL CONTESTS activity, or let’s say activities!
First of all, you need to pick which contest you want to enter:
1. Character redrawing – Character Creation
2. Story writing for Print and e book formats.
3. Story writing for – online storytelling shows (that uses VERY BASIC animation)
Two more contests will follow after 15th June 2023 they are:
4. Music background score. (This will be opened at a later date and is NOT included with this Announcement)
5. Voice over for characters. (This will be opened at a later date and is NOT included with this Announcement

** Once you have decided which of the three contests you want to enter, then select the appropriate PDF and READ the content VERY CAREFULLY. Then follow the instructions. However, if there is anything you don’t understand, email or WhatsApp us and get your clarification.

** Only when you are absolutely clear of all the instructions, then start on your project.

Terms & Conditions of Creative Writing & Pencil Art Contest

** There is no age bar for Child, from 5 years up to late teens, a child of any age can enter.
** Entry can be made from any country or city anywhere.
** All artwork must in vertical format. Please take a hi-resolution photograph of the artwork from exactly above so that the artwork should show clearly. PLEASE DONT USE WHATSAPP but EMAIL all entries.
** Paper size for artworks must be 12 inches by 8 and a half inches, pencil and charcoal are allowed.
** Word count for Story Writing must be minimum 1500 words. The subject can be any of the following;
** Adventure, Space Drama, Fantasy Mystery, and any similar theme.
** Last date for Registering your name to enter is 15th March 2024.
** Final entries date for Art or Story 15th April 2024
** However, if you do not register by 15th March 2024 your entries will not be accepted.
** By registering you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the contest.
** After receiving your registration, you will be emailed an acknowledgement along with further instructions.
