What is Sony LIV Raisinghani v. Raisinghani Contest?

‘Raisinghani v. Raisinghani’ Contest 2024 is organized by Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited (formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited) relating to promotion of one of its web series titled “Raisinghani vs Rainsinghani” (“Show”) that shall be made available on its platform ‘Sony LIV’. The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Contest as on the date of the Contest. Last Date of Contest is 28th February, 2024.

Eligibility of Raisinghani v. Raisinghani Contest

** The Contest is open only to users of the Platform who are Indian citizens, residing in India, irrespective of their caste, race, ethnicity, colour, sex, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate.

** The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Contest as on the date of the Contest. (All persons fulfilling conditions mentioned in section 1 & 2 shall be hereinafter referred to as “Participants”)

** The Contest shall be open for participation as per the timelines specified in the Specific T&Cs for Contest.
** Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of CMEPL and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Contest in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The Contest terms and conditions shall be mentioned on the Platform. The Participants agree that by participating in the Contest, the Participants shall be bound by all the terms and conditions provided on the Platform.

** The Participants shall be required to provide basic Personal Data (defined hereinafter) about them including but not limited to Participant’s name, gender, Date of Birth, city, mobile number, email address or any other details as may be required by CMEPL for the purpose of the Contest, in order to participate in the Contest.

** The Personal Data provided by the Participants in the course of the Contest to CMEPL will only be used for CMEPL’s internal purposes and to send Participants promotional information in the future pertaining to the Platform/CMEPL.

** The Participant hereby consents to receiving such promotional information in the future. In the event the Participant wishes not to receive such future communications, the Participant can opt-out of the same by writing to CMEPL on the same email ID from which he/she receives such promotional information.

Process of Participation for Raisinghani v. Raisinghani Contest

i. CMEPL will hold a quiz on the Platform on every day an episode of the Show is aired on the Platform i.e. on every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (“Go Live Day(s)”) within the Contest Period and invite its subscribers to participate in the Contest through the Platform.

ii. CMEPL shall promote the Contest on (i) the Platform’s Instagram handle (sonylivindia) , Twitter handle (@SonyLIV) and Facebook handle (@SonyLIV) (“Social Media Handles”) and/or (ii) banner displayed on its Platform, to invite participations in the contest during the Contest Period.

iii. The quiz starts at 8:30 pm on the Go Live Day of each episode and is available for Participants to answer for a duration of 16 hours i.e. until 12 pm of the subsequent day of the airing.
iv. The subscribers shall register themselves as a Participant by clicking on the banner displayed on the Platform and providing their basic Personal Details in the provided form, for the purpose of the Contest.
v. The questions asked will be related to the Show and will be presented in the form of Multiple Choice Questions where the Participant shall choose an objective answer after watching every episode of the Show.
vi. The Participants to qualify as a Winner need to answer all the questions released by CMEPL on the Platform after release of each episodes of the Show on the Go Live Days during the Contest Period.

Selection of Winners for Raisinghani v. Raisinghani Contest

Out of the entries received from eligible participants, the Company shall choose 5 – 50 Winners on the following parameters:
i) The Participants choosing the maximum right answers over all the questions released subsequent to the airing of the episodes of the Show.
ii) The Participants answering maximum questions in the Quiz.
iii) Among the eligible participants, the final Winners shall be chosen using a randomizer.

** The Selection of the Winners will be informed to the Winners via an email and/or an sms to the respective email address and the mobile number provided by the Participants at the time of entering the Contest.

Prize of Raisinghani v. Raisinghani Contest

** The Winners shall be invited to a physical ‘Meet and Greet’ (“Event”) organized with the lead cast of the Show either in Delhi or in Mumbai (“Tentative Cities”) and will be provided a platform to interact with atleast one of the primary cast of the Show i.e. Jennifer Winget, Karan Wahi and Reem Shaikh.

** The Winners shall bear all costs and expenses to attend the Event which shall be held in the Tentative Cities, the costs of which shall not be attributable to CMEPL.
** The Winners shall be informed of the final date and place of the Event upon the selection of the Winners for the Event.
