What is Lakshmi Tiffin Room Golden Number Contest?

“Golden Number Contest” is hosted by Star India Private Limited for the purpose of promotion and viewer engagement of the program titled “Lakshmi Tiffin Room” on its channel ‘Star Suvarna’. SIPL shall announce the Contest via promos on the Channel and other channels of SIPL, and digital platforms of the Channel (Facebook and Instagram) or through any other medium of exploitation which shall be at the sole discretion of SIPL. Last Date of Contest is 2nd March 2024.

Eligibility of Lakshmi Tiffin Room Golden Number Contest

The Participant(s) interested in participating in the Contest must be
1. Citizen of India,
2. 18 years (eighteen) and above years
3. Resident of Karnataka State
4. The Participant(s) should not have been previously convicted of any criminal offense or must not be a party to an arrangement or a contract that prevents them from participating in the Contest.

5. The Employees of the SIPL, the Production Houses of the programs of Star Suvarna and other channels of SIPL, the advertising agency or any other agency or third-party vendor which has been appointed from time to time, and also employees of the main sponsors of the programs of Star Suvarna and other channels of SIPL and members of their immediate family, are not eligible to participate in the Contest

How to Participate in the Golden Number Contest?

(i) SIPL shall announce the Contest via promos on the Channel and other channels of SIPL, and digital platforms of the Channel (Facebook and Instagram) or through any other medium of exploitation which shall be at the sole discretion of SIPL.

(ii) The Contest shall be conducted on six (6) days commencing from February 26, 2024 at 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and shall conclude on March 2, 2024 at 11:30 PM IST (“Contest Period”) on the Channel.

** For sake of clarity it is clarified that the Contest Period shall consist of total 6 (six) days and thus the total number of questions will be 6 (six) during the Contest Period. SIPL reserves all rights to make amendments to the Contest Period or such other terms and conditions stated herein, without giving prior notice.

** It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant (s) to check the Terms and Conditions for the Contest on the Channel and /or the Website from time to time. SIPL also reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the Contest without any prior intimation to the Participant(s).

(iii) The Contest shall comprise of 1 (one) multi choice question on each day of the Contest Period with two answer options, based on the episode of the Program telecasted in the Channel on the day between 10:00 PM IST and 10:30 PM IST of (“Question/s) during telecast of the Program.

** It is clarified that the Questions will be refreshed on each day based on the episode of the Program. It is further clarified that the Question shall be triggered only at end of the telecast of the Program ie., at 10:30 PM IST on each day of the Contest Period and no other time.

** It is clarified that each Question of the Contest triggered during the Contest Period shall be strictly based on the contents of the Program being telecast on the Channel from 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM. It is clarified that the Question shall be exhibited on a graphical slate at the end of telecast of the episode of the Program ie., at 10:30 PM IST.

(iv) To participate in the Contest and to be eligible for the Gratification (as defined below), the interested Participant(s) shall be required to correctly answer the Question exhibited on graphical slate at end of telecast of the respective episode of the Program, by making a missed call to the unique mobile numbers shown against the correct answer option to the Question (“Answer/ Entry”).

** The phone lines shall remain opened for one (1) hour from the end of telecast of the respective episode of the Program that means till 11:30 PM (“Answer Timeline”) of each day of the Contest Period.

Gratification of Lakshmi Tiffin Room Golden Number Contest

** During the Contest Period and for each Question asked during telecast of the six (6) episodes and on the basis of the Participant (s) having made a valid Entry and correct Answer(s) within the Answer Timelines, to the respective Question triggered during telecast of the respective episode, SIPL will shortlist 6 Participants (“Shortlisted Participants”) on randomiser basis for each Question and thus there will be total 36 (thirty six) Shortlisted Participants for the 6 Questions.

** Out of the 6 (five) Shortlisted Participants for each Question, SIPL will select one Participant as winner for each Question by using randomiser and thus there will be total (6) six winners for the entire Contest.

** Each Winner shall be entitled to a gratification of one LED TV of 43 inches of the value which does not exceed Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) (“Gratification”). It is further clarified that SIPL shall at its sole discretion select the Winners based on the criterion (randomizer) mentioned herein..
