Eligibility of Hunt for the Coolest Fan Contest

** The Company reserves the sole right to select the winners.
** A maximum of 3 unique entries per person/ Instagram profile will be accepted.
** This contest is valid for all the age groups in accordance with Instagram age mandates.
** Applicability of this contest requires residential Indian citizenship.
** This Contest is not valid for Bloombay Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.’s associates, employees & their families, assignees, associated agencies or any stakeholder(s).
** This Contest is valid till 04/03/2024 and all entries will be accepted till 04/03/2024 only.

How to Participate in the Hunt for the Coolest Fan Contest?

Steps to Participate:
** Grab your favorite Waffle from The Belgian Waffle Co by ordering in-store or online through Zomato or Swiggy
** Now create a reel video while taking the first bite of your waffle, groove and show your best waffle move. Use the special contest track from the pinned contest post on our handle (@thebelgianwaffleco)
** Upload the video as a reel post on your Instagram profile, tagging @TheBelgianWaffleCo and use the hashtag #MyWaffleMove
** Share your reel link on WhatsApp chat with us, post registration.

Terms & Conditions of Hunt for the Coolest Fan Contest

** The participants have to register for the contest through WhatsApp chat Here (Add social media QR link)
** The participants need to create a reel showing their unique Waffle Move, while taking the first bite of the waffle from The Belgian Waffle Co.. The Waffle move can be any cool move or gesture or step or dance that defines their love for waffle.
** Participants need to use a special contest track for creating/ uploading the reel video. This groovy track can be sourced from a post here on our Instagram profile
** For the entry to be legit, the participants need to tag the brand correctly and use the campaign hashtag #MyWaffleMove and use brand contest audio while uploading the reel

** The entry should be an individual participation. In case of a group video, only one person should enter the video as a contest entry. In case of a group video, the entry can be submitted only from an individual Instagram profile. The said profile should not belong to any business entity.

** The submitted entry has to be a reel link posted on the individual’s Instagram page.
** The Belgian Waffle Co will own the rights over all the content that is created and submitted by the participants which may be utilized anytime by the brand in future on any channel/medium till perpetuity.

General Instruction for Hunt for the Coolest Fan Contest

** This Contest issued by Bloombay Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (the Company) is subject to the set of terms and conditions set out by the Company and the same may be revised upon the sole discretion of the Company.

** The gratifications communicated in the contest could be changed in case of unavailability of it without any prior notice. The changed gratification would be replaced by any other prize item of equal/similar value. All rights in this regard reside with Bloombay Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

** Bloombay Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the validity date of Contests or reject participating entry(ies) in order to protect the interests of the company.
** Results will be announced within 1 (One) month of the completion of the Contest unless otherwise stated.
** Gratifications are at the discretion of The Belgian Waffle Co and hence no queries/complaints/grievances shall be entertained with respect to the same.
