What is Kya Missing Hai Contest?

Only the people who are citizens of India can take part in the Kya Missing Hai 2024 Contest. This contest is valid for the residents/people living in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar only. Multiple entries from the same mobile number would be considered as a single entry. The winners will be declared on 6th March 2024. Last Date of Contest is 5th March 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of Kya Missing Hai Contest

** Only the people who are citizens of India can take part in this contest.
** The entry for a lucky draw would be considered valid only if the information asked is filled in completely.
** Entries will be considered till 5th March 2024 only
** Entries with invalid mobile numbers (like 9 digits etc) would not be eligible for the lucky draw
** Multiple entries from the same mobile number would be considered as a single entry
** The lucky draw winners will be announced on March 6, 2024
** The company reserves the right to alter/change/cancel/recall the contest at any time.
** The employees, associates, and anybody who is professionally associated with the company cannot take part in this contest.

Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):
** This contest is valid for the residents/people living in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar only
** The participant should own a valid cellular GSM phone connection that is accessible at all times,

** The participant should not be from the management or should be employees, directors, or contractors, or the family of the management or employees, directors, or contractors of the Company, their related entities, or other agencies, firms, or companies associated with or related to the Promotion (including suppliers of Prizes).

How to Participate in the Kya Missing Hai Contest?

Scan the QR code from the Advertisement/Hoarding/Digital Medium etc. On scanning, they would be directed to a page where they will have to fill in the required information as asked in the form and press the submit button to complete the participation process.

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant hereby agrees to receive:
** Details and information on this Promotion, on their respective mobile phones, through SMS or voice calls, during the entire tenure of the Promotion;
** Updates and announcements concerning Company products and promotions, on their respective mobile phones (through SMS or voice calls) and Email IDs.

** (“Marketing Communication”) The Participant may opt out of receiving Marketing Communication from the Company at any time by emailing or calling, using the contact information listed. In such a request, the Participant must indicate that he/she wishes to stop

** Entry by proxy is not permitted. Participants can only enter in their own names.
** The Winners agree that no claims, correspondence, or complaints shall be raised against the Company or its agents in this regard.

** It is hereby clarified that, if the Winner is interested in buying any accessory for the phone, as applicable, the same shall not be considered as part of the Prize and the Winner shall be solely liable to pay for the same. The company shall neither pay nor give any compensation to the Winner for any accessories or any other charges in relation to the Prize.

** All taxes on the Prize as per the applicable law, shall be borne by the Company.
** No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Promotion, or at any subsequent stage is not factually correct.

Winners Selection of Kya Missing Hai Contest

** The winners would be required to submit the following details –

Address Proof
Aadhar card

** The winners would be required to open the Box of the iPhone and check its working condition in front of the Company team at home or at the designated location.
** The company would record the Video of the winner receiving and opening the iPhone with a mention of their name.

** If the selected winner cannot be contacted after three to four attempts at different times for any unfortunate reason, the award will be deemed forfeited. The prize will be redirected to the next eligible participant, and the initial winner will lose the right to claim the reward

** Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.

** Entry and participation in this Promotion will be deemed as an unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications, revisions, and amendments thereto. The decisions of the Company shall be final and binding on the Participants in all matters related to the Promotion.

Further, the Participants recognize that these Terms may be modified by the Company from time to time without any prior/public notice by posting the applicable terms and conditions on the Promotion Website (kyamissinghai.com).

The company also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successfully entering the Promotion and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.

Terms and Condition of Kya Missing Hai Contest

** If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the Prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
** The Winner(s) may not exchange or assign the Prizes and shall not be entitled to any compensation whether in cash or kind from the Company.
** No portion of the Prizes offered under the Promotion is redeemable for cash. The Prizes are also not refundable or transferable. No request for change in make, model, colour, specifications, etc. of the Prize shall be entertained.
** The image of the Prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVCs/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may vary from the depiction made.
** No portion of the Prizes offered under the Promotion is redeemable for cash. The Prizes are also not refundable or transferable.
** No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by the Company after (30) days from the End Date of the Promotion Period.

** The Winners must, at the request of the Company, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Company using their name and image in all promotional materials.

** All rights, titles, and interests, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s), and in any and all responses received, or other materials created during or for the Promotion, shall vest solely and exclusively with the Company at all times.

Company or any person or entity permitted by Company in this regard shall be entitled to use any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.

** The courts of competent jurisdiction at Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion.
