** This Offer is entitled to customer who has purchased at Max for Rs 1999 & above. Offer valid till stock last. No two offers can be clubber at Max store.
** Participation in the promo is voluntary & each Customer will be eligible for Couple movie voucher.
** Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday, or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent Monday or working day.
** A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
** Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
** Our concierge representative will call you 24 hours prior to your preferred date of booking and confirm your tickets. An SMS & E-mail confirming the booking will be sent to your registered mobile number.
** The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
** To avail the Offer, the customer to show the SMS confirmation (M-Ticket) or a printout of the E-Ticket at the box office/venue.
** Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
** In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
** Any extra person accompanying the movie voucher holder must pay the full ticket price at actuals.
** Redemption of movie voucher is subject to availability of seats.
