Period of ZebPay Fortune Club

The Offer will be effective as follows:
a) From 15 February 2024, 12:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) to 29 February 2024, 11:59 PM IST (“Term”).

b) Notwithstanding anything stated in 1(a) above, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend or cancel the Term and the Offer at any time at its sole discretion. Participants (defined below) are advised to review the updated terms and conditions from time to time.

Offer Details of ZebPay Fortune Club

The Offer consists of the following offers:
Offer 1: Buy one or more Cryptopacks and stand a chance to win Rs.25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) worth of BTC (Bitcoin).
Offer 2: Receive a bonus of Rs.100 (Rupees Hundred) cashback on trading for a cumulative sum of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) or more. Use Promocode : FORTUNECLUB at the time of signing up with ZebPay. This Offer is exclusive to new users signing up on ZebPay Platform during the Term.

Eligibility of ZebPay Fortune Club

To be eligible to participate in the Offer, a user is required to satisfy all the following criterias (“Participant”):
** the Participant is a user of ZebPay’s India platform.
** Participants uses the same email id and phone number for the as used for creating their Client Asset Account, to log in and to register. .
** Participants have completed their KYC verification in accordance with the ZebPay Policies.
** The Participant’s Client Asset Account must be active at the end of the Term.

Additionally, to be eligible for cashback in Offer 2, Participant is required to satisfy all the following criterias:
** Participant have signed up for the first time on the ZebPay Platform during the Term.
** Participant have used the promocode “FORTUNECLUB” at the time of signing up on ZebPay.
** Participant has completed trades for a cumulative value of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) or more within 28 days from the date on which the Participant registered on ZebPay Platform.
** Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Offer.
** ZebPay’s directors, officers, employees, and their immediate family members, independent contractors, agents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

** For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be deemed to be a winner of any award or prize under the Offer (as applicable) unless and until that Participant’s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified.

Rewards of ZebPay Fortune Club

Offer 1: One lucky winner will receive Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) worth of BTC! The winners of Offer 1 shall be determined by ZebPay on a lucky draw basis at its sole discretion.
** Winners of the Offer 1 will be notified via email (exclusive@zebpay.com) by or around 30 March 2024. The name of the winner will also be announced on social media. Winner of the Offer 1 will receive their rewards by 30 March 2024.

Offer 2: All Participants that fulfill the criterias as prescribed in these T&Cs shall receive a cashback of Rs. 100 (Rupees Hundred).

** The rewards of the Offer are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards in any manner and /or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the rewards, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same.

** To the extent practicable, the rewards shall be distributed to the Participant’s Client Asset Account and shall be governed by ZebPay’s Policies.

** Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email / phone / messenger and/or other means of communications in relation to participating in the Offer, in compliance with applicable laws.

Release; No Warranties​:
** Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the rewards and/or their participation in the Offer.

** ZebPay does not provide any warranties of any kind to the Participant with respect to the Offer and the rewards therein. ZebPay hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Offer.
