What is Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign?

OnePlus is hosting the Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign for the recently-launched OnePlus Watch 2. To participate in the Campaign, you must be over 18 years of age or if under the age of 18 you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian. Photos and videos for participating in the Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign must be shared on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok no later than the deadlines which will be started from 12:00 pm on February 27th, 2024 (GMT) to 23:59 pm on March 15th, 2024 (GMT) at the latest.

How to Participate in the Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign?

To participate in the Campaign, follow the instructions on this website and accept the following terms and conditions which will form a binding agreement between you and OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“OnePlus”).

1.1. By participating in the Campaign, you hereby accept these participation rules (“the Rules”). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. Photos and videos for participating in the Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign must be shared on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok no later than the deadlines which will be started from 12:00 pm on February 27th, 2024 (GMT) to 23:59 pm on March 15th, 2024 (GMT) at the latest.

1.3. Videos for participating in the Campaign must be shared on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok as listed and only works submitted in accordance with these Rules will be accepted for the Campaign.

1.4. To participate in the Campaign, you must be over 18 years of age or if under the age of 18 you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before uploading any images and videos to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok for participation or to be eligible for prizes.

1.5. By uploading photos and videos to Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, you agree and acknowledge that OnePlus is permitted to receive and review your registration data. You agree that personal data including, but not limited to name, and email address may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering this Campaign and its marketing initiatives.

At any time, you have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by OnePlus by sending a message to OnePlus’s global account via Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Rules of Participation for Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must share your workout photos or videos on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok and use the hashtag #MoveWithOnePlus in the text part of the post and follow @OnePlus. OnePlus users can add #ShotonOnePlus if you using an OnePlus phone.

Each user can share their workout through images and descriptions, or videos (vertical format preferred) and descriptions in one post on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok. Each user can participate with more than one post. Photos and videos shared through private accounts won’t be visible to the public, therefore won’t be selected for winning awards.

2. There are no restrictions on when these photos or videos may have been taken or on the type of devices including mobile phones and digital cameras used to capture them. You must ensure that you have clear, independent, and undisputed copyright privileges for all submissions and that your submissions do not infringe on the rights of any third parties, including copyright, right of publicity, right of reputation, privacy rights, and so on.

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to abide by these Rules and to bear sole responsibility for any legal liabilities or disputes that may arise from your failure to do so. OnePlus shall not bear any responsibility in any such cases and you fully indemnify OnePlus in respect thereof.

3. You may not use any portion of another person’s photography or videos to form any portion of their submissions. You shall bear sole responsibility for any legal liabilities or disputes arising from violations of these conditions.

4. No submission/participation fee is charged for entry, and work submitted cannot be returned. Only submissions in the form of a digital file will be accepted. In cases where the submission of work fails or otherwise results in it being impossible to review, the contributor shall bear sole responsibility for any losses or consequences incurred by its submission.

5. OnePlus invites you to extend this Campaign to your friends by tagging their account when posting your photos or videos. The more friend you tag and post their videos, the greater your number of entries and chances to win higher-tier prizes.

Prizes of Move With OnePlus Fitness Campaign

1. All you will get a chance to win awards as long as your photos and videos posted for this Campaign on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube or TikTok are visible to the OnePlus team (photos and videos must be posted with public accounts to be viewed by the OnePlus team). If your photos or videos, featuring you and your friend, is selected by OnePlus, both of you will receive prizes. We will select winners at the global level and the list will be announced after the Campaign.

OnePlus Fitness Prizes (a total of 31 winners), will be arranged by tiers:
1. “Ultimate Gear” OnePlus Watch 2 – 6 winners
2. “Carry All” OnePlus Backpack – 10 winners
3. “Hydro Hero”OnePlus Water Bottle – 15 winners

2. All regions welcome.All photos and videos that are visible to the public on Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube and TikTok will be reviewed by the OnePlus team and OnePlus team will choose the winners.

3. Winning photographs or videos may be included in the future in promotions of the Campaign. You retain the copyright of your images and videos in accordance with and subject to Clause 4 below and proper credit lines will be attributed to you when exhibited or screened anywhere (provided that any inadvertent failure to do so shall not be a breach of these Rules).

4. Your full name and Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account may be published on OnePlus’s online channels for the winner announcement if your content is selected as a winner.
5. Product prizes will be sent by posting locally or other posting methods. Any tax fees incurred for customs clearance will be deducted from the winner’s side.
6. No cash alternatives will be offered for any prizes.

7. Submissions that fail to comply with the Rules will not be eligible for selection. If such works are selected, they may be subsequently disqualified at any time. OnePlus reserve the right to revoke any awards, compensation, certificates, or other benefits awarded in connection with such works and to publish notice of said actions on their websites or other public media.
