What is Coke Studio Tamil Roar with CSK?

“Roar with CSK” Promotion is a consumer promotion organised by Coca-Cola India Private Limited CCIPL, wherein individuals upon scanning the QR Code on the Promotion Products can participate in and win Prize(s) by registering on the Promotion Website. The Promotion shall be valid for the individuals residing in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and shall be applicable on 250ml, 600ml and 750ml Coca-Cola® PET packs. Last Date of Contest is 30th April 2024.

Promotion Period of Roar with CSK

** This Promotion will commence at 00:00:00am IST Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on 1st March 2024, “Start Date”, and will continue until 30th April 2024 11:59:59 pm IST (“End Date”) (“Promotion Period”). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for the Prize(s) and shall not be carried forward to any other promotional scheme ahead.

** Stock of The Coca-Cola Company Products without the Promotion offer will also be available across India.

Eligibility of Roar with CSK

** Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):
(i)- Must have attained 18 (eighteen) years of age.
(ii)- own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection and internet connection that is accessible at all times.
(iii)-bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal).
(iv)-are not management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of CCIPL, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion (including suppliers of Prizes).

** Please note that any entry received from states other than the Promotion Territory shall be declared as null and void and shall not be taken into consideration for determining the Winners of the Prize.
** For the sake of clarity, this Promotion is not open to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).
** Eligible Persons participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

How to Participate in the Roar with CSK?

The Participant can participate subject to the following terms:
1. Buy Coca-Cola® Promotion Product.
2. Scan the QR code on the Promotion Product to visit the Promotion Website.
3. Register with a valid mobile number and accept these Terms and the Promotion Website’s Privacy Policy to participate in this Promotion.

4. Participants upon logging in, can engage in various activities to accumulate Coke® Coins (as defined hereinbelow) as outlined below, positioning themselves for Prize(s) across tiers, as detailed in Clause 7:
a. Entering Unique Code from behind the label of the Promotion Product – Twenty (20) Coke® Coins per valid Unique Code entered. Participant(s)

b. Watching Coke Studio songs or Behind the screen videos or Participant(s) Generated Content available on the site – Two (2) Coke® Coins per video per week. Participants can watch a video any number of times, but they can earn points only once per video per week. The Coke® Coins will only be awarded for a video that is watched to completion.

c. Submitting Coke Studio Karaokes – Two (2) Coke® Coins per song per week for which Karaoke is recorded & submitted using the Karaoke feature on the Promotion Website. Participants can record any number of Karaokes for any number of Coke Studio songs, but they can earn points only once per song per week.

d. Referring friends to join Coke Studio Tamil – Four (4) Coke®Coins per referral, credited only when referee registers on the Promotion Website and enters referrer’s unique Referral Code. Participants can refer any number of friends.
e. Using friend’s invite code – If you have an invite code, collect two (2) Coke® Coins for using it on the Promotion Website post signing up.
f. Completing profile – Upon completing the profile on the website, the participant will receive ten (10) Coke® Coins.

5. Count of collected Coke® Coins will be visible in the “My Earnings” section of the website and will be valid through the end of the Promotion (30th April 2024). Basis the Coke® Coins collected tier-based Prize(s) will be unlocked. To avail the Prize(s) the eligible Participant(s) shall be required to answer quiz questions within a limited period of time. Winners will be selected from pool of successful respondents of the quiz questions on a first-come first-served basis as per Clause 7.

6. If the quota of prizes for a week is over, Participant(s)s will be appropriately notified on the site, and they can come back next week to try again to win their prize on a first-come-first-served basis by just completing one additional action – answering a quiz question successfully on the website.

7. Winners will be notified on the site as well as via SMS/WhatsApp/Email on their winning status and next steps to redeem/claim their Prize(s).

Prizes of Roar with CSK

During the Promotion Period, Participants on the basis of valid participation as per the Terms of Clause 6, shall be eligible to win the following Weekly Prize(s):
1. VIP tickets for CSK Cricket match: Participant(s)s with 200 Coke® Coins or more will be eligible for this prize.
2. General tickets for CSK Cricket match: Participant(s)s with 100 Coke® Coins or more will be eligible for this prize.

** It is hereby clarified that subject to the terms of this section, the eligibility of a Participant to win Weekly Prize (2) does not preclude the Participant from being eligible for Weekly Prize (1)

** The Participant(s) that qualify the criteria of a prize will win the prize on a first-come-first-served basis post answering a quiz question, basis the time of answering the question successfully, and number of prizes available in that week. Participant(s) that miss out on the weekly prize can try again next week basis actions defined in Step 6 of Clause 6. A week for the purposes of this promotion will start 00:00 hrs on Friday and end 11:59 hrs on subsequent Thursday.

** The winners of the Prize(s) (each a “Winner”) may access details of their Prize(s) under the My Earnings section of the Promotion Website. It is hereby clarified that, the Participant can participate in the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period, but each Participant will be eligible to win up to a maximum of one Prize, per Mobile Number during the Promotion Period in each Weekly Prize category.

** All travel and lodging expenses shall be borne by the Winner.
** CCIPL shall not be responsible for any expenses other than the Prize(s) as detailed herein.
** The Winner shall be entirely responsible for any documentation necessary for the purposes of travel, including but not limited to, identification documents, etc.

** The Winner shall be liable to comply with any additional rules, regulations, terms and conditions of the venue of play and/or travel/lodging and shall be liable directly for any act or omission by the Winner. it is hereby abundantly clarified that CCIPL shall undertake no liability on behalf of the Winner with respect to the same.

** The Winner shall be responsible for ensuring medical and mental fitness to attend the event – and shall sufficiently disclose the same at the time of confirmation of attendance. CCIPL shall not be liable for any medical issues that the Winner may face.
